The houses are a beauty to look at in Jamaica. It is not like in the USA where I am now living , where you cannot change the color of your house living in the sub-division, lol. Those houses are really in Jamaica. I told some friends in the states that I could take them to places in Jamaica where they see abject wealth. I have been to Jamaica many times, but this has to be the best video of the beauty of Jamaica that I have ever seen. Many of the neighborhoods looks like Los Angeles. A lot of 3rd world countries are starting to look like this.
I don' t know how you rated these neighbourhoods but you certainly have them mixed up. Where is Norbrook in this line up and certainly Jacks Hill should gave been higher on the list.
Love Jamaica and have been 9 times in 4 yrs - always stay at airbnb not hotels/resorts. So staying in middle class neighbourhods ive noticed few things about majority of Jamaican construction: too much concrete & paved-over land (retains heat), "mcmansions" of ginormous 100 rm homes, rather than clean lines to maximize view, few homes harness winds to cool homes - low ceilings, poorly placed windows, and lack of vegetation. The most stunning home ive been in was up in Blue Mtns bc it was a cabin built in harmony w nature. Jamaica is the most beautiful island ive ever been blessed to see. But pls do take better care of your paradise and stop cutting down trees & vegetation and pls stop polluting it. ✌
Agree. But remember hurricanes. Concrete is necessary for building here in the Caribbean. It's how the houses don't lift off the ground and blow away like in the US. That being said the designs really are mostly tacky
@Mr Lex I need to contact the Jamaican police so that they can conduct a welfare check on you. Most sound minded Jamaicans are aware that such gang violence involves the murder of innocent people who are caught in between violence. I don't need Dateline to be aware of such things such as the Trivolli massacre.
@@JamaicanThingstop10 I really appreciate your work, content and channel and i love the fact that You're not upset about my comment. Continue do what you do.
I will certainly look in that Neighbourhood .I only went to college in Mandeville I dont know many of the communities.. thanks for watching I appreciate your comment 🇯🇲
Jamaican people are rich. No one will throw them out of their homes modest or not like in the USA. Most are on family lands and build beautiful homes and they have the natural beauty around them and the natural fruits and foods. They will not go hungry. They are wealthy in so many ways. I was there a couple years to bury my mom. I stayed at my brother's house in Long Mountain Country club and it was very safe there, granted it is a gated community with security at the entrance, but even when I was living in Jamaica the violence was not in my community, if I did not watch the news I would not know violence was going on. There were not so well to do people, but you would not have noticed it. I have seen some neighborhoods in the USA that have me running like hell to get out of their, based on how impoverished and barren they looked. I never experienced that in Jamaica. I am not saying that there are no impoverished inner city neighborhoods in Jamaica, however, people are not living in abject large scale impoverishment.

JAMAICA 🇯🇲 NICE BAD
Beautiful and nice. I'm from the Caribbean islands myself makes me homesick.
Thank you so much for watching... Please remember to subscribe and spread the word by sharing the video with your friends😊
true
I have been to Jamaica many times, but this has to be the best video of the beauty of Jamaica that I have ever seen. Many of the neighborhoods looks like Los Angeles. A lot of 3rd world countries are starting to look like this.
I don' t know how you rated these neighbourhoods but you certainly have them mixed up. Where is Norbrook in this line up and certainly Jacks Hill should gave been higher on the list.
Jamaica isnt just starting tho, they just tried to cover up our positives for centuries
I was wondering where Mandeville at😂😂😂. Especially Ingleside 💛
Next time! I will add that to the list. thank you
Love Jamaica and have been 9 times in 4 yrs - always stay at airbnb not hotels/resorts. ✌
Thank you so much for watching. I’m happy to know u found some good place good to stay in the Blue Mountains . It’s always nice and cool up there
@@JamaicanThingstop10 it has been my dream to get up in the mtns. It was surreal 🙏
Agree. But remember hurricanes. Concrete is necessary for building here in the Caribbean. It's how the houses don't lift off the ground and blow away like in the US. That being said the designs really are mostly tacky
We have plenty of trees, bush and hills in Eastern St.Thomas and Portland. Largely unexplored, Kumina, you can call it the Africa of Jamaica.

Thank you for this amazing video filled with gorgeous homes. Jamaica is a paradise.
Correction: Beverly Hill has been upscale since the 1960's .its one of the oldest exclusive enclave in Kingston and St Andrew.
Hear, hear!
Reduce the homicide numbers by 98 % and I might consider returning home one day..
Wow!! I'm coming your way soon.
This video is well put together and i enjoyed every bit of it..continue to put in the good work hun, you will success in your endeavours.
Thanks Ken I know u are one of my biggest support 😘😍
@@JamaicanThingstop10 oh yes darling😍
You forgot about Silver Sands in Trelawny. A place I aspire to live should I ever win the lottery
Wow Beautiful villa
Tryall in Hanover should not be on the list that's a villa and hotel not a house
Norbrook should of been 2nd or 1st!
Are you from hanover
NO Im not 😁 Central Jamaica
@@JamaicanThingstop10 I really appreciate your work, content and channel and i love the fact that You're not upset about my comment. Continue do what you do.

Happy_"Independence day": **a day late!!**??
I miss home,I’m from rockfort Lucas road.
This is the bourgouis version of Yardie Tingz lol. I really want to know where does Shenseea live, I love Shenseea.
I lived near tryall it not a neighborhood it’s a hotel and resort
Honorable mentions..Ironshore in Mobay, Richmond in St Anns, Liguanea, in Kingston, Red Hills.
I was like huh? She didn’t mentioned Red Hills?
My thoughts exactly I guess she was more focused on a few houses not neighborhoods.

@@JamaicanThingstop10 nuff place deh mandeville weh can over come a lot of these communities!!
This helps! I’m looking to buy a luxury home in Jamaica.
No number one is wrong too much crime going on there
It’s hard for me to enjoy this when I know so much of the country is really impoverished.
@Mz Nurú I am about to comment and I was wondering if I was the ONLY one who shares that perspective! Thank you for keeping it real.
@@pamelabrown3923 I agree, but I think Mz Nurú means average folks cant afford these fancy homes.
Silver Sands in trelawny is missing
no where no better than yard
Absolutely in agreement with you 😄
