Just a heads-up as some people have been confused as to what to do in this situation - I didn’t clarify it in the video, but my main extracted game folder is in “games” because I placed it there. Since you will be directing the emulator to your game folder in order to launch it for the first time, it can be anywhere, I just put mine there because it was easier for me. When I say to paste the modded files into “PS3_GAME”, that’s when you’ll want to find your main extracted game folder, which will have a “PS3_GAME” folder, and inside the “DAT” folder, there will be a “ytx” folder and a file called “static_ps3.mpc”. If you have not installed the game before, there should only be one game folder that you have. If you have installed the game, a new folder will have been created upon installing in: RPCS3 folder -> dev_hdd0 -> game -> BLUS30738 or BLES01231 This folder is installed game data, not the main game data, and the mods are added to the main extracted game folder. As mentioned in the video, the installed game data in dev_hdd0 -> game is deleted before adding the mods so that when the game is launched, it will reinstall the game data, along with the modded files. You won’t lose any save data by doing this, it is just the game data which is deleted and reinstalled.

You can run it off a USB, launching through webMAN or multiMAN, but when adding mods, you must only replace, never delete the base game files. Your best bet would be to re-add the base game to your USB, then you may be able to add the mods on PC since folders can be over 4 GB when using FAT32, just not individual files.
Yeah, that seems to happen sometimes, but no idea what exactly is causing it. Seems a bit of a lottery if you get it dumped. I've had no issues but multiple others have since we posted this. Not sure what the failure rate is, either I just got lucky or it's more common to fail the dump than not. Another way you can play the mod is by running it from a USB formatted to FAT32, and using webMAN Games to boot from it. Folders over 4 GB can be transferred to a FAT32 USB, but individual files cannot be larger than 4 GB. If you use a USB, when you dump it through multiMAN, select dev_usbxxx (xxx being numbers), rather than PS3 HDD. The mod install process is the same, except that you would go into dev_usb000/001/002/003 in multiMAN's File Manager, whichever one you see listed when your USB is plugged in - and add the mods there, as shown in the video, before launching and installing the game (if you want to play modded only). You only delete the BLES01231 or BLUS30738 folder within “RPCS3 folder -> dev_hdd0 -> game” before adding the mods, if you have one there. It will only be there before adding the mods if you have installed the game before. The main game folder has a PS3_GAME folder inside, the game data install doesn’t. The game data is found within “RPCS3 folder -> dev_hdd0 -> game”, the main game folder is wherever you place it. The location of the main game folder doesn’t matter, as you’ll be selecting it through the emulator when you want to launch the game.
No worries! It works on the Spanish version, too, but the exhibition mode and fighter selection menu text will be in English, regardless of your chosen language. I haven’t looked at the different language files, but the current name file required a lot of work to get it as it is, so it would be lots of time to do it again if necessary for the other available languages.
do you need the game downloaded to install the mod? the only files i have in my games file when i want to copy the mod files is shortcut and a text file
Make sure you added the mods to your main game folder, within “PS3_GAME”, and if so, if you had installed the game before adding the mods, go ahead and delete BLUS30738/BLES01231 from dev_hdd0 -> game, and the launch the game. It will begin to install again, and all of the mods should then appear. See the pinned comment for more related to this.
My games folder doesn't look like that with the same version of RPCS3, just have a folder labeled shortcuts and a txt file that sames games can be put their for automatic detection. tried pasting folder there and booting it up anyways and didn't work. i give up
I put my main game folder there for easy access. You don’t have to. You just need to paste the mods inside of the “PS3_GAME” folder in your main game directory.
Hello, I faced a problem that the characters did not change on PS3, I don't know why so. Could it be because I downloaded UFCU3 through Hen? Since I have the game in the "game" folder
Yes. Your game may be an ISO - you can check my going to the main Multiman menu, then hovering over the game icon. If there are two grey boxes beside the game icon which say "HDD" and "ISO", then it is an ISO, and you must extract it through Multiman, and then it should appear in: PS3 Root -> dev_hdd0 -> GAMES It must be "GAMES", not "game". Once it has appeared in "GAMES", add the mods to the "PS3_GAME" folder, and then return to the main PS3 XMB. Go to "Game Data Utility", and find the file called "UFC Undisputed 3", and press triangle, then choose "Information" to see the size of the file. It will likely be around 3468 MB in size, or it will probably be around 5685 MB in size. If it is either of these two sizes, delete it. You will not lose any save data, only the installed game data. Once this is done, start the game, and it will begin to install again, this time, all of the modded files will be installed, and the new fighters and other mods will appear in game.

@@johnnyxgamer Hmm, are you on the latest update? The names should appear for each language then (except some specific regional versions, as those language files don't exist for most versions of the game).
Yeah, that’s what I recommend, since you no longer need it to play the game, only as a backup in case something goes wrong, in which you can delete the dumped version from: “dev_hdd0 -> GAMES -> delete BLUS30738/BLES01231” (specifically “GAMES” in capital letters, not “game”, which is also in dev_hdd0).
So the loading screen works and the background shows different current fighters but the characters are all the same with random names like “Sean rua” 😂 anyone can help?
You need to make sure you're using the correct generic.ytx file. Currently it is available for English only, but that will be changed as soon as possible.
Yes, that’s the installed game data. If it’s there, you want to delete it because you want the game to install again after you’ve added the mods to your main game folder.
I assume you mean it’s not in the “games” folder within the RPCS3 folder - that’s just where I put my game. Your main game folder is what you’re probably looking for, which is the directory with a folder called “PS3_GAME” inside.
The pinned comment on this video may help. The game has two directories in total - but the second one only appears after the game completes the install process after launching. It can be confusing to figure out what the correct folder you add the mods to is. I clarified what I mean by “main extracted game folder” in the pinned comment, and specified how to know you’re in that folder.
One of your files didn't transfer correctly. Start from the top deleting all the files you already have if possible. That will be the easiest way for you.
No worries! And yes, as long as it’s running CFW (custom firmware) or HFW (hybrid firmware), it should run fine. The disc is fine, you’ll need to dump it using multiMAN, and then you can take the disc out if you like, and only use it on your main console. Can only help to save the disc drive since I highly (highly) recommend you only mod the dumped version of the game. Do not mod the game disc, it’s not a good idea.
@@Gendosick No, it can’t be an ISO. The ISO needs to be extracted before you can add the mods. On top of that, you want to delete the BLES01231 folder from dev_hdd0 -> game before you boot the game, after you’ve added the mods to the PS3_GAME folder, which will appear after you extract the ISO folder. Or after the files are done copying, the game is permanently Undisputed Forever without the thumb drive plugged in? Thanks
No worries! If the game is on the USB, then yes, you will need to keep it plugged in. If the game is on your HDD, then you can remove the USB as that only contains the mods (as far as the game goes).

Bro, can u sand me clip how to instal RPCS3, i dont have nothing in folrders like you
At the beginning of the video you say to delete bles folder then at the end you want us to go back in what am I missing there is no bles folder now
I cannot get to the ps3_game because it’s in the bels folder that I deleted Please help

Hi man, I need help installing the mod.
can you help me, when i try to paste it to ps3_game its says “there is not enough space on UFC3. you ned an additional 5.22 GB to copy these files”
Make sure the game is not on a DVD drive, move it to another drive on your computer, then you should be able to paste the mods into PS3_GAME.
i cant find PS3_game file
me too
Thanks bro. This works in the spanish version of the base game too or is necessary the english version of UFC Undisputed 3 ?
I followed all the steps, got the new loading menu and start menu. However, when I go to select between UFC and PRIE -PRIDE remains! Help?
Make sure you added the mods to your main game folder, within “PS3_GAME”, and if so, if you had installed the game before adding the mods, go ahead and delete BLUS30738/BLES01231 from dev_hdd0 -> game, and the launch the game. It will begin to install again, and all of the mods should then appear. See the pinned comment for more related to this.
how can I return old version of game? an can i have 2 versions? one classic and one Undisputed Forever?

My games folder doesn't look like that with the same version of RPCS3, just have a folder labeled shortcuts and a txt file that sames games can be put their for automatic detection. tried pasting folder there and booting it up anyways and didn't work. i give up
I put my main game folder there for easy access. You don’t have to. You just need to paste the mods inside of the “PS3_GAME” folder in your main game directory.

When I try to extract the zip file, I said there was damaged data, any solution please?
Hello, I faced a problem that the characters did not change on PS3, I don't know why so. Could it be because I downloaded UFCU3 through Hen?
Since I have the game in the "game" folder
Yes. Your game may be an ISO - you can check my going to the main Multiman menu, then hovering over the game icon.
If there are two grey boxes beside the game icon which say "HDD" and "ISO", then it is an ISO, and you must extract it through Multiman, and then it should appear in:
PS3 Root -> dev_hdd0 -> GAMES
It must be "GAMES", not "game".

The updated commentary has not yet been implemented. The Buffer callouts should be accurate though, make sure you install the update exactly as this video shows. It’s the same as a first time install.
Mine didn't show the names of the fighters, only the names of the old fighters.
What language are you playing in?
@@TheUFCVeteran Brazilian language, if I'm not mistaken, it's BLUS
@@johnnyxgamer Hmm, are you on the latest update? The names should appear for each language then (except some specific regional versions, as those language files don't exist for most versions of the game).
So after we copy game farm into a hard drive should we remove the disc?
Yeah, that’s what I recommend, since you no longer need it to play the game, only as a backup in case something goes wrong, in which you can delete the dumped version from:
“dev_hdd0 -> GAMES -> delete BLUS30738/BLES01231” (specifically “GAMES” in capital letters, not “game”, which is also in dev_hdd0).
So the loading screen works and the background shows different current fighters but the characters are all the same with random names like “Sean rua” 😂 anyone can help?
You need to make sure you're using the correct generic.ytx file. Currently it is available for English only, but that will be changed as soon as possible.

@@zakiunstoppable8972It does, yes.

Yes, that’s the installed game data. If it’s there, you want to delete it because you want the game to install again after you’ve added the mods to your main game folder.

BLES01231 is not with me, what should I do?
I assume you mean it’s not in the “games” folder within the RPCS3 folder - that’s just where I put my game. Your main game folder is what you’re probably looking for, which is the directory with a folder called “PS3_GAME” inside.
same with me
ive replayed this 14 times and counting, following everything step by step. Zero success. Ive tried, youve tried now im just tired😮💨
Does PS3 needs PSN to play online?
Is there support for xbox 360?

One of your files didn't transfer correctly. Start from the top deleting all the files you already have if possible. That will be the easiest way for you.

@@bain2311No worries, mate!
WERE THE FILES OF UFC 3?
Thank you! Would a CFX / jailbroken PS3 off eBay run it? I have the original game disc too

Bro, is it possible to install if the game is iso but there is a bles folder?
@@Gendosick No, it can’t be an ISO. The ISO needs to be extracted before you can add the mods. On top of that, you want to delete the BLES01231 folder from dev_hdd0 -> game before you boot the game, after you’ve added the mods to the PS3_GAME folder, which will appear after you extract the ISO folder.
Then, after the game has booted and installed, re-install the DLC if you haven’t already and had it prior. For more about how DLC functions, ask in the questions-and-help channel in our Discord server.
@TheUFCVeteran Okay, how do I extract the iso?
Is it possible to do this through irisman or multiman?

@@Gendosick Yes, it can be done through MultiMAN by pressing triangle when hovering over the game icon in the game tab of MultiMAN's XMB, then selecting "Extract ISO".
Once done, it will appear as an extracted game folder in dev_hdd0 -> GAMES -> BLES01231. Specifically "GAMES", not "game".
