I would suggest brushing before breakfast because theres been no movement for a while so bacteria can build up, and then floss and gargle after breakfast to not make teeth too sensitive from brushing

It does work...just make sure that the product you use contains zinc...im guessing the overemphasis on "smart mouth" is marketing
