Also good luck and God bless to all women going through this, let us stay strong!! Please always try therapy first, as I have read nightmare stories about the reversal of the success, and the need for more surgeries! I may be older, but I will tripple up on kegels, i never knew about the importance of holding them several seconds, so now I have added that! And no person is gonna tell me that just because I am almost 50, i cannot help myself at least manage this horrible condition!! I just pray I won't keep getting worse, as I know I have recently despite changing certain aspects of my life: not lifting children, not running, jumping, and holding when it comes to kegels.. so I pray i can get back to stage 1 uterine prolapse, as i feel I am now stage 2, due to the look of the bulge and certain symptoms! But I will continue to fight, though I oftentimes feel hopeless, I am a warrior.. I have made it this far!! Good luck, everyone.. stay strong! We are women warriors; we got this!! xx

I have been fitted with a vaginal support pessary It's a good fit for me and stays in place. I have lost some weight And now I am going to get Really fit and healthy and get to a healthy weight Don't give up ladies stay strong and we must not forget to do our pelvic floor strengthening 😊
thank you for this, this video has explained what I am gong through the best.. I do not smoke, and though I am not skinny am not considered overweight.. and have always taken care of my pelvic floor, I work even harder now.. exercise, even low impact, makes my symptoms worse but i will still do it.. though it is depressing that i cannot exercise like i would like to.. i have always been in to basic fitness.. and this condition takes away much of your freedom.. as you cannot jump, lift much, etc... but I will fight and maybe not beat this but I will still live.. and not let it beat me.. :)
I feel for you. I have the same scenario and walking or running causes much pain and immediate bowl movements. Very frustrating but as you I continue to push through it.
Sorry but there is not any hope once you have this. You ether go trough surgery (with the risk another organ will prolapse) or you just make your peace with the fact that you are ruined. You will always have problems.
