I've been doing your exercises for about two months for my shoulder impingement and bursitis, and it has really helped to relieve the pain and get mobility back. I've read that hanging from a chin up bar several times a day would greatly help and is safe to do. What is your opinion.

Thank you for the videos and the workout sent to email! Getting new resistance bands for Christmas and have had 2 shoulder surgeries mostly due to the internal rotation and poor posture. Will be utilizing this workout to hopefully get my posture back to where should be and bring my shoulder back into proper position. Thanks again!

Excellent video! If my right shoulder is more internally rotated should I perform more reps on this side?
I'm a huge fan of your vidoes and really like them. My question is I've been diagnosed with Shoulder Bursitis and advised 2 weeks push pull lay-off from the gym. Most prob the problem was caused by excessive internal rotation due to benching and shoulder presses.
Do you think the SLEEPER STRETCH will help improve this as that also internally rotates the shoulder? What else can I do.

Tell you what though- I get relief from my stiff/ sore shoulder by doing these three variations in a single sequential series - one after the other WITHOUT the resistance band. Thanks!
I have one shoulder up in hight and another is down from first one .....can u please help me in fixing that in correct alignment
In the video with the shoulder stretches, where do you get the black resistance band? Or which is a quality band you can recommend like the one you are using

My right shoulder and blade locked up a few months ago. It pops in outer deltoid and was painful near coracoid process. It has loosened from your stretches but still pops. Is it normal to be sore from this routine above in rotator cuff and Inner scapula in both sides? Will it subside?
Would be happy to better detail situation if needed.
