Nice video man! I do a similar one with clients based on an ATY for internal and external rotation. Really helps their shoulder health but also their posture.

I would love to see a video about how to keep your hips/pelvis strong and healthy. I've been feeling misaligned in the hip for a long time and would love some exercises to help get everything back working and moving the way it should.

Hi Ryan, is this the best way to improve the shoulder blade "wing" or could you demonstrate something to help people connect with how to depress their shoulder blade more effectively?

Hey Nancy, no I don't think so. There is so much controversy on that topic that it's hard to give a good answer in this medium!

Do you have any advice for someone who lacks full horizontal shoulder abduction to complete the ROM for this exercise?

Hi, could this exercise help to cure shoulder's impingement ?

Hey Pablito, I wouldn't say any exercise can cure anything, but this exercise can help strengthen the muscles around the shoulder which could play a part in getting pain free overhead lifting
