Kindly visit Azhimala beach near Kovalam, where there is a new big shiva statue at sea shore...this now becomes a new tourist spot. Taking a boat ride from Poovar lake to Golden Beach will be nice.All are near kovalam.Indias biggest mother port Vizhijham under construction also near Kovalam.
