The STX AWD is a very strong candidate for an addition to the garage. The handling, looks, and general build quality is excellent. Our only change would be the 797 HP engine swap, but since we live in the real world, the V6 is what we would get for practicality reasons!
I just bought a 19 challenger sxt beautiful car looks awesome inside and out rides like a dream and it's pretty damn fast for a big car with v6 I could of bought the R/T but I live in Chicago and it snows and I needed a daily driver so I got the v6 awd and I love it nice ride
Flat stripes look awful .. love the v6 awd I have it it for two winters so far and have made it through every snow storm ...just need to be careful that snow accumulation on roads don't exceed the height of the front lower scoop ...has enough power to make u happy without getting tickets everytime you step on the gas . No Camaros , mustangs or corvettes in winter up here in central NYS but my Challenger cruises through the snow all winter long and I love it .
The challenger is such an amazing all year vehicle especially in the AWD configuration and we are glad you are enjoying yours! Thank you for your support!
Hey, I was wondering if the Chargers and Challengers become difficult to parallel park because of their size? I'm coming from a smaller sedan so any help would be great!
They are a little more difficult because of their size but with enough practice in the car it becomes second nature. The hard part is there are some blind spots but they aren’t the worst blind spots in the world. If you get a new enough one with a back up camera it really helps! Thank you for your support!
Agree - the car is great cruiser. Yes, the V6 lacks the sound and low-end torque of a V8. But if one takes the car as nice old-school looking, spacious and comfortable cruiser rather than muscle car, fast enough for normal driving and some fun in addition, there is no disappointment at all. And you're right, the V6 sounds nicely inside. Fuel consumption is good for such heavy car with 300 HP, even from European perspective. AWD is really good for slippery roads. You may go to grocery shopping or to long business trip, or just to charge your mental battery on weekends, and still you smile when looking on the world around over the long hood. Yes, I'd love to have a V8, but I would not give the GT AWD away.
The AWD makes the car amazing for areas in the world that are not always nice and sunny and it definitely gives a good bargain for anyone interested in American Muscle!
I have a 2023 SXT Plus AWD Blackout Carbon Fiber edition, Sinamin Stick color with every whistle and bell checked! This Challenger is a blast to drive and I absolutely love it! I still wish I had my 1972 Challenger that I bought brand new way back when. That one was Hemi Orange with a black vinyl roof, 340, A/C, PS, PB, 727 Torqueflite and electric windows! Those were the days!
My wife has a yellow 2017 Challenger GT Awd. Its great in MN. winters. 21" inches of snow could not stop it. Good Mpg 26.2 Mpg City/ Hwy in the summer. Only 22.8 mpg with the Shitty Mn winter gas. Hers is loaded with about every option.
Sure sounds like a car we would like in our garage!! AWD is pretty necessary in Minnesota, and to get it in a cool car like your GT is a huge bonus! We try not to think too much about MPG..we like to think about SPMs (Smiles per Miles) 😁 Thanks for your support!
You obviously have a great taste in cars! If you think about it, let us know how you like it in a few months, we would love to hear about your opinions! Have fun with your Challenger!
U guys are lucky.. U can buy this car even in 18. I don't live in the USA, in my country there are no dealer centers of DODGE. I have to transport car from Copart by marytime( It's much more expensive and I will get used car. It's so sad(( But it's my dream. I am going to buy it in the recent years)
It may not have a V8, but it has more power than my Mark VII did. I'm pretty sure that the blind spots aren't that much worse. I like the idea of AWD. Rear wheel drive, even with traction control isn't ideal in snow. That main problem is hills. On flat ground, RWD is more predictable than FWD. I'm not sure I like the idea of AWD with rear bias. I saw those rear wheels spin, initially. I tend to like the front, with traction control, pulling you along, then the rear wheels following up, if you need it. It looks like a good all around car, for a place that has snowy winters.
We have many of the same thoughts. We feel that the V6 has plenty of power...obviously we would like the biggest engine with the most HP, but this thing seems to really be able to provide all the power we desire...and it comes at a more palatable price 😂 We tend to prefer AWD with a rear bias, but it is just our preference because of how we have learned to drive in the winter. I think that if we polled 50 people, we would get a fairly even spread because everyone has their own idea of what is the best. Thanks for your support!
😳 🤔 what a throwback however that’s one sexy pony!!! Congratulations on new tires for the Miata SHHHHH 🤫 our secret and the rims are perfect. Glad to see you guys are no longer down and out and you are up and about and once again doing what you love. P.S. - During the drive by for a split second it reminded me of the old Barracuda which I so so so loved. Thanks again guys for another great video!!!
Sickness is never fun, but we got through it like champions 😁 Driving the Challenger has made us think twice about brushing off any make or model. If a car calls to you, give it a chance...that’s our new motto
The Dodge Challenger SXT is sooo underrated. Enough Horsepower to be faster than your average daily driver, burns fuel a LITTLE bit more than your average car, ITS AN AWD, it looks beautiful depending on what color you get, it Cost a LITTLE BIT more than your average Sedan/Couple while offering you almost the same amount of space
Guys!please help! Can 160cm snowboard stored inside by the back seats or with the passenger seat's laid? i'm changing my Mazda CX-5 out in 2 years but 2 problems still kinda troubling me 1. i'm a snowboard enthusiast and i usually store my snowboard in a car when winter comes around, unfortunately no ones nearby able to help me figuring this out so i'm stuck... 2. How thick and high AWD Challenger really could deals with snow? I lives in Hokkaido(Japan)and snow conditions itself is rather thick here... and ehh...any advice on owning Challenger? (I will try picking up those skills as DODGE cars are available but no official dealers here so...) Thank you Sooo much in advance!!
Yes you can fit a snowboard in the car with the rear seats folded down. So stowing a snowboard shouldn’t be a problem. It can get through a fair amount of snow in northern Minnesota we get a lot of snow and it hasn’t gotten stuck yet so our advice would be that it is a good winter car. Our final thoughts on it would be just to have fun and enjoy the car! Thank you for your support!
@@Turn5ive Thank you guys Your reviews helped a lot!!! Won't be anytime real soon but will definitely let you know when the time has come!! Thank you and Subscribed!

We believe it is a very good car to drive and in the history of that car it has been very reliable for its owner. It is very nice to drive and comfortable and all together a wonderful car!
Mine is on order. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the computer chip shortage will not affect my build! Once I saw the color Hellraisen, I knew I had to get mine in that color!
As far as we know it does not but depending on the part of the country you are in the availability of AWD models might be slim because of how dealers ordered them. Thank you for your support!
In my state dealers are virtually giving away the SXTs and AWD for just under $20k Brand Spanking new and that’s without incentives. My buddy picked up a Brand NewAWD( although why would you?) for $15,250 after incentives.

If I had the funds I’d get one of these for my winter and touring car, as it stands I have a stage one manual golf r
It is a great car in the winter and the Golf R you have sounds pretty nice! Thank you for your support!
How do you get the DRLs to flicker like that? Thats pretty dope
The reason they flicker has to do with the LED bulbs and the frame rate of the camera.
Does it have to be the plus edition to be awd because I’ve been looking for an awd act but the used ones I’ve found are rwd
As far as we know it does not but depending on the part of the country you are in the availability of AWD models might be slim because of how dealers ordered them. Thank you for your support!
The ‘Plus’ is an option package actually. You can get the awd with or without it.
