    Dude fuck yeah you went nuts this session bro, good shit man love to see it. Honestly dude it would make my day if you and Dozer Weightlifting collaborated somehow, like if you wanted to do an interview with Dylan and how he got started into weightlifting would be sick. Obviously a farfetched thought but maybe someday you guys could just hangout and train I feel like you'd both have some fun. (Reason why I brought up Dozer is cuz you and him are my fav weightlifting channels)

    Are there different training objectives when you are block jerking from behind the neck vs. in front of the neck?

      Frotn of the neck is basically getting your body in the right position as if you are doing a full lift and strengthens this.
      Behind the neck builds your stability behind the neck
