I just started trying to train for Olympic lifts how do I set up a program? I only have experience training like a bodybuilder split for the past few years. Also what equipment should I look into getting?
Frotn of the neck is basically getting your body in the right position as if you are doing a full lift and strengthens this. Behind the neck builds your stability behind the neck
