Hey Dylan, love your content man. Something I was thinking might make some cool videos would be like a history of your journey in weightlifting (and maybe also some general history of weightlifting in the US from your perspective) - why/how you got into it, the different teams you've trained with and what that was like, programs/styles you've tried, competitions you've been to, experiences training with other talented lifters, events that you think were important points in the development of the sport, etc. Could be one video or 5, 10, whatever. I feel like strength sports have come a long way in the last 10-15 years and you've been right there in the mix the whole time so it would be cool to hear some of the history firsthand.
@cobrakaity nah, lame excuse. No other fitness channel has this bad of a content to shill ratio. I tried to be patient, but there is too much actual good content out there for me to waste my time watching Dylan spend half of every video talking about his discount codes
Hi do you have your personal favourite mobility/stretching exercises for weighlifting? Im lacking that for barbell but im doing some cleans on dumbells and i love it!
You probably get sick of civilians asking you this. For an Olympic weightlifter vs a bodybuilder, do you lift more with less reps? I always heard that but now I hear a variety of things. What do you recommend to get stronger?

1:00 putting squats and cleans in kg and then deadlifts in lbs is unintentionally hilarious
Curious. Why do you do the strength exercise (front squat) before the technical exercise (the cleans)?
