We shouldn't need to watch a RUclips video to Learn how to manage or delete accounts, they need to make it simple and obvious, it's so stupid and frustrating

I love RUclips there's always something to watch x I'm 70 now and I get to watch all the b/w movies I don't mind watching all the ones I've seen before either x there are a lot of adverts I know but its worth watching I've considered deleting and to start again because I've saved so many to playlist I'm not sure if these ever get full but wouldn't be without RUclips ever! Not sure how to explain this but apparently I set up a yt account 14+years ago. somehow it's connected to my current channel account. however when i follow your steps it shows my current yt account/channel but does not display this old account. when i go to youtube studio it lists my current channel and videos. i don't know how to disconnect these 2 channels and delete the one i don't want. plus i cant find a way to just delete the videos from this channel i don't want. any suggestions?

update: I wrote a post into the youtube support site. A couple of very kind helpers got in contact with YT and solved, it was a weird kind of glitch.
