This was so amazing, after I quit ballet because I tore my Achilles tendon I had to stop doing everything and this was so refreshing. Even though I can’t be in a company again due to a year completely off I do want my strength and flexibility back. I found that the stretches I did were so extreme and hurt a lot so this will be a wonderful stepping stone to getting that back, thank you!

I'll release some absolute beginner sequences soon. But a lot of these stretches can be modified with holding onto a wall etc instead of going down to the ground :) haha and yes my analogies may be hilarious - but they work :)))

This was a great stretch---but like so many others have commented you are really hard to hear in your videos. So, when im bent over and can't see you I have no idea when it's time to change positions. If you fix your audio you'll be a complete package!! But Im gonna keep watching. I would just love to relax into it a bit without having to look up all the time. :)
I'm not a dancer, and I'm pretty sriff. This was a great way to lose up all my muscles, it's a little hard but it works amazingly! Thank you!

This was fantastic, thank you.The only thing I adjust is the speed/reps on a couple of the moves as I'm 54 and don't see the benefit in going that fast during reps. More stretches like this:o))

Very good. This is a fine routine that anyone can do. It really does make you feel so much better when completed.
Can you stretch too often? I have a lot of down time at work so I'll use that to stretch, mainly my hamstrings and adductors as they are the tightest. So sometimes I'll stretch 3 or 4 times a day. Is that ok or will it aggravate the muscle?

I have completed now ! Mmm I love mobility sequences, perfect to warm up the body ! I am very tight in the shoulders, so it usually feel better after a hot shower to losen the muscles. I love your channel so much ! Thank you. 😊❤

This is one of my favorite morning stretching videos! I just feel like it could’ve been a little slower, not like a workout, but more like yoga, staying in those stretches longer, without counting and rushing. I need to pause between the exercises to stretch longer. Cause, it’s the morning and I haven’t woken up fully , so I need it to be a little slower ❤️ That’s just for me! Thank you!
