    I REACHED THE SIDE SPLIT!!!!
    I am truly moved. My heart is beating very fast!!!
    I also have to be honest... I only reached it with my right leg forward. On the other hand I still have to work on it, but I find this Routine fantastic!!!
    I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.♥

    Actually in splits now!! The left leg forward is easier and leaning forward over the hamstring better - hips flexors still need work.

    Can I ask how to help with stretching of the backside of my knees? No matter what stretches I do and how often the muscle there still seems really tight and stubborn.

    Nice workout, but you should never wear black tights in videos. Typical amateur mistake. Makes it difficult to see which legs are doing what, and which leg is in front. In 2D videos, the subtle shadows are what helps us to perceive 3D. With black tights there are no shadows. Bare legs are best, but if you can't do that, then light colored tights work.
