Thank you for the video! One of the best skills. I have left the wall, and the protective mat that I used for some months, and now I do handstand totally free of any protection. I tried free handstand for the first time in a park on the grass, and the falls were not that bad. From that moment I unlocked myself from the fear of possible fall. And now I understand that the fingers do maybe most of the work. My advice for guys/girls who want to do handstand, or any other skill that does not strain the body, is to work on it several days a week, that's how I progressed. If the skill does not strain the body and everything is ok, the more times, the better.
@@Raghavji915 give urself more time to stay optimistic if you start from Zero. Off course its possible pretty quickly if you understand the technic and put in the work
