Hey, Sondre. I'm a big fan of your channel. I have been making a lot of progress in my handstand, but I am still terrible at cartwheels and unable to make any progress. Is there any way you could make a cartwheel video? Thank you so much for all of your content!
Perfect Sondre, I love you're tutorials, different but effective, I wanted to start already my OAH journey and I wanted to ask you about it. Actually i'm gaining flex for having a straight handstand which right now I can acomplish sometimes during each training session, I have between 15 and 25 secs of Handstand, beeing able to make diferent shapes, straddle, diamont, full, is it a good idea then to start OAH or I should be able to do more secs for example? Thank you and keep with your nice job man!
I’d probably focus on getting an even more proficient handstand for now 😊 When you say you have between 15 and 25 seconds, I am guessing your handstand is still a bit inconsistent. Before making a move for the OAHS, in every try, there should be no question of how long you can hold it - always until the cramps get you (which should be 60+seconds). But hey, celebrate your current achievements, your handstands are improving and 25s + different shapes is a huge achievement by itself. There are plenty of goals to work on, so keep it up 😊💪
@@Sondre_Berg Hey Sondre thank you, I appreciate the whole advice, You are absolutely right, my handstand is still a bit inconsistent. I Can't hold it 100% or 99% of the time, damn you got me. Then I assume it will be better to master the hold and get it 100%, with also playing with the shapes? And also thank you for your kind words, I actually love every day of my journey, the other day I had, my cleanest handstand ever with more than 30 secs with shapes, and didn't got any fatigue! You're opener shoulder exercises are a gem!

Jo Sondre, keep up the hot content... im the first time in my life motivated to do something for my fitness, thanks to you and Magnus Midtbo (i really dont know how to make the line through the "o", sorry magnus) Atm i'm bouldering 2 times a week and do bodyweight training 2 times a week... hope to do more soon.. and i think i will, especially if you feed me more ideas Edit: as i dont know you too long. do you have some information videos for "if i do many Push up training, which training do i have to do to not get crooked" .. sorry for my not soooo good english, but i hope you understand what i mean :)
Bro give some detailed tips on planche. It would help me a lot. How do you track progress for such movements. for example I can hold advanced tuck for 3 seconds thats it so what should be my routine cause static movements training involves statics..
Hey sondre awesome tutorial I will put these on practice for sure! I got a question, whenever I do the weight shifts against the wall it gets harder and harder to keep my palm flat against the ground. As if I was puting all the pressure o the outer edge (pinkie and base of the palm) this doeasn´t happen when doing regular handstands unless I go for a very narrow stance. Is this a wrist mobility issue? or strength related? I´ve seen athlets who do perform OAHS in this way with their index knuckle raised of the floor, but I dont want to assume straight away that I shouldn´t work on fixing it. Would be super helpfull to hear your opinion on it, thanks in advance :)
Everyone mentioning shoulder elevation but is just the biggest b*llshit i ever heard. I just can not control the handstand like that it feels so instable when i elevate my shoulders im so sorry for this agresief comment but im training that one arm handstand for almost 6 months now and still dont see little to no progress. When i dont make shoulder elevation it goes wayyyy better. I just get frustrated again my apologies
I guess it must be hard to find flat ground in Norway. This is amazing that you are doing this on an inclined surface.
Amazing man✌

Do all of these drills apply also to parallettes? I have a weak left wrist and I'm forced to use parallettes to work on anything handstand related.

I struggle with ganglion cysts in my left wrist. Therefore, one handed handstand are all I am able to do :(
Good job man but try to slowly build up to both handed idk talk to your doctor about it and see if it is possible
