Hey Andry, can you please tell here or make a video on your whole calisthenics journey. Please, it would be a great motivation and help for a lot of people.
His video with Magnus on handstand pushup is also insanely good! Not a single video out there with such qualiuty and in-depth info on progression, technique, and everything
After learning a full planche I realised how important a good handstand actually is if you want to advance further than a full planche hold and since then I began training handstand every day even twice a day and it really does help a lot and it also allowed me to do full planche on the ground, which seemed impossible without my paralletes before,it does take a lot of time to master it though
Really enjoyed the video!! I admire you both so much, so it was a blast seeing you workout together, the last part was hilarious😂 thanks for amazing content
Andry is a true inspiration for me. Even if I know i’ll never have his level, He is pushing me to train harder, smarter and funnier. Thanks you guys for all

Ice bath questions - 😂 awesome! Great video with so many great pro tips and variations for newbies like me. Really inspired and psyched to legitimately try it - at my progression level. Dynamic duo. I saw Andry’s vid - omg world record 💪💪
As a life long weight lifter now 46 years old im finding that im constantly injuring my soft tissue. Ive dedicated this entire year to calisthenics. Im hoping that by increasing my flexibility and mobility along with strengthening my tendons and ligaments I can return to lifting like I did in my 20’s and 30’s without constantly tweeking something. 🤞🏻

I've been following you both for a while, a surprise when I saw the collaboration, the language barrier does not allow me to understand everything, even so you are excellent at what you do, it is understood by watching the video and capturing the context, thank you and what good material to progress.
One of the best videos for the calisthenics community! Thank you so much! If it's not much too ask, could you guys cover a back day as well? Front levers and one arm pulls? ❤️

You guys are great together :) Keep 'em coming. What is your own level at the planche currently? Also, both of you seem to do a lot of push-oriented training. How are your pull skills?

Question for both of you guys that is almost never mentioned. Professional gymnast,to perfect their planche and make it easier train and care about something called "pressure points". It basically means that most of your weight will be on the palm closest to your hips, regardless of how you rotate your hands. This is easy to achieve on rings because base of support is small anyway. On floor however is very hard to achieve but if you do,you make your planche holds longer and easier,by reducing the lever. I have seen two most common ways in how to train for this but it's very hard. Do you have any insight about this? If not (because this is really not very well know outside gymnastic circles), is there a chance for you to contact a professional gymnast (maybe even make video together, would be cool) to get an insight about this. Because allegedly it's a game changer. Thank you very much, keep up the good work.
Knowledgeable and informative, definitely helpful❤. I wished have space to do this. Excellent work out. I agree being creative according to space I reside.

@8:50 I am noticing how Sondre has forward hip posture, crotch thrusting forward. This indicated tight hips and low flexibility. I recommend more gentle stretching.
it's crazy how all those calisthenics videos makes you think people can hold planche for minutes and here I realise a good time isnt that much time, so basically just holding it is great

Hmm. From what I know about toe to bar raises, should you not move your torso but keep it straight while trying to raise your legs all the way up? I notice that most Cali athletes tend to move their torsos back to compensate. Saturno's toe to bar is tip top clean. He keeps his body completely vertical.
Hey awesome video! I started my planche training a month and a half ago, I just incorporate 4 or 5 exercises (ranging from easy like frogs golds, to hard like tuck planche pushups) I do a workout for a two day in a row block and than take a day off. Is this too much training?
Can you compensate for the band-assisted straddle push-ups for by putting your feet on something despite not bring the legs down with the rest of the body?
How do you guys do in the captains of crush what number. I'm about a 1.25, i know it doesn't exist amature, non-handstand capable type. I'm training to be the basic type.
