I saw Simon on RUclips in 2017. But there was almost no information about him in Russia and it was not easy to find. But still, a video about him was released recently. Simon said that he had been doing break dancing for a long time. During this period, his parents sent him to gymnastics. But he only worked on it for a year. He didn't like her. And he went back to break dancing. However, over time, this began to have a negative effect on the joints. And Simon became interested in kalinesthetics. Well, or as they say with a workout.
That’s amazing! I hope you will incorporate some breakdance freezes or movements in your practice, it’s incredible what can be done by mixing the disciplines
I'd make a fool of myself but it would be amazing to have the chance to workout like this. I've always wanted to learn to breakdance as well, where I live there is no one that teaches it :(. Great video Sondre!
I think this was so much fun for you guys as it was for me to watch. Thank you all for what you did, great work as usual 👍. Hoping to see more similar content. A warm hello from Romania 😊
I started breakdancing in the early 80's. The Windmill looks impressive and difficult, but in reality is super easy and requires very little strength to do. The secret to the windmill is this. Keep your legs as wide apart in the splits position as possible. That's it ! . The wider you can keep your legs apart the easier the windmill is to do. When you first start just fully concentrate on keeping your legs as wide as possible. Repeat in your head as you do it "keep my legs wide apart, "keep my legs wide apart". And after 10 minutes you should have completed 1 or 2 windmills and then you'll be away laughing. I personally always launched into the Windmill from a kneeling position where one leg was crossed in front of the other, just a personal preference. Give it a go, thank me later.
i have seen n followed your tutorials all off you 3 best guys out there, Si monn andry n sondeberg , so happy to see you chilling out there each other❤ wish i had workout partners like you guys❤
Why didn't you teach Andry the UFO, turtle, krickit? Or some Kujo moves... I bet he would kill it. Sondre can do a freaking good hollowback... Where is it?? LETS GOOOO
The guy that's teaching is doing the 3 step wrong. When each leg goes out in front of you the heel is supposed to touch the ground. Not the feet in the air besides when u turn 180
The blonde dood was actually pretty good. . jus needed to clean up his handhop form. Both of them seemed very good at stacking freezes due to their claisthenic and yoga skills. So he should have had them work on Halo freeze, to headstand, to handstand, back to elbow, to baby freeze , etc. It would take most people 1 year, but they can learn it in 1 hour.

These are probably the strongest beginner breakers ever. Stacking freezes and levels without any issues 😂🔥
They are going to improve monstrously fast if they do commit to learning breaking seriously👍🏻
These guys obviously have all the strength they need to do this kind of dancing. Impressed that Sondre even managed to have some style to his dance.
This battle is a masterpiece 🤣.
You are so right guys, the most important is to have fun !!! Love your state of mind !
I feel I am lucky to see my feverite master's masterpiece in entire RUclips 🎉
Coming from Andry challenge, amazing Trio
I didn't knew Simon knows breakdancing, amazing man

Hey Sondre, old house. You have a real talent for breakdancing! Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭
Haha this was awesome! The transferability between calisthenics and breakdancing is 👌
as a bboy and a callisthenics athlete myself this was just awesome
That’s amazing! I hope you will incorporate some breakdance freezes or movements in your practice, it’s incredible what can be done by mixing the disciplines
I can’t even imagined how gased out these guys must be trying to learn all of these moves in a short duration in one day. Amazing.
Andy Strong, be like the youngest brother of the crew! So wholesome to watch!
"I am so exciting" - cracks me up everytime lol
“Angry Strong”😂
Just can't stop smiling when i'm watching you guys😁
I'd make a fool of myself but it would be amazing to have the chance to workout like this. I've always wanted to learn to breakdance as well, where I live there is no one that teaches it :(.

This was so much fun to watch 🥰
Safety is important when first starting shoes are important. It's also important to take these movements in stages to minimize injury.
Great inspiring video! Sad that there are not more clicks.
This was enjoyable to watch! I always wanted to see calisthenic athletes try Breakdancing!
watching the video at 0.25 speed gives a clear glimpse of each spin and the movements involved. Great to see you together🤩
The longest hairs on men in the calisthenics scene 🤣💪 .. awesome video 🎉🎉 😁👍🏻
Even 30 min vid won't be boring brother. Crazy fun
This is amazing. Like the balance and coordination is not there yet, but you guys pushed it trough with real strength.
Amazing stuff guys. It's cool to see fabulous athletes learn something from scratch just like everyone else💪

Best video on RUclips
Take a master outside his zone he becomes a student again, crazy😂😂
Great moves Sondre!
That's a solid windmill!!!
Once they get the hang of it, they could probably do the windmill in slow motion.
Best video yet.
Make more like this 🔥
When Sondre unwinds his hair he legit looks like Gill from 3rd Strike minus the body paint
I wish i was thay strong when i started breaking years ago lol. Stacking so easily on their first attempts....thats insane!! 🔥
3人それぞれの個性が素晴らしい👍
Calisthenics are absolutely funcional towards breakdance
Thank you for this video 👍
Nice message ❤
Awesome content.
Wthhhhh that us CRAZY i ate this video UP Lol
That is good stuff!¡
and then with the music!
so fun!!
2:20 😂 he likes modelling more than breakdancing
Really funny 😆 nice battle
sondre calling himeself an "old dog" when his face has the youthfulness of a 10 year old was oddly really funny to me
If they came to a battle with this with only Few hours of training people would go wild haha
The planche mill. Everything is planche to Andry.
Sondre's a natural
Why didn't you teach Andry the UFO, turtle, krickit? Or some Kujo moves... I bet he would kill it. Sondre can do a freaking good hollowback... Where is it?? LETS GOOOO
Cool!
Andrey strong get the Spirit of bboys, he like to battle 😅😅😅 i like só much This vídeo congrats guys It was amazing
Isso lembra um pouco a capoeira aqui do Brasil ....👏👏👏
Sorry Sondre for making u notice this, but i think there was just a little mistake in the atletes presentation...😅
Breakdancing: When i dance, things get broken...
Especially, essential body parts and bones...
10:40 andry be like straddle is better than breakdance
😅
01:01 Planche walk ahahaha
Breakdancing is just dancing calisthenics
blond guy is the clear dance winner
second comment.. love you
Sondre can become a powerhead
ahhmm, i practiced this shit so long when i was young and they achieve what i achieved in probably 2 years in a single session, WTF IS GOING ON!
0_0 i am dancing for 5 years but i have not enough strengh to do my full potential
Andre and Sondre have glorious hair, but probably not the best for spinning on.
The guy that's teaching is doing the 3 step wrong. When each leg goes out in front of you the heel is supposed to touch the ground. Not the feet in the air besides when u turn 180
Who heard planche mill😂😂
LOL very funny
Ouch
Damn
