This is not true in most cases today. Unfortunately, today's criminal court system is so overwhelmed and back longed, that the vast majority of cases are disposed of as fast as possible by plea bargain. I would guess that at least 60 percent of cases where somebody is represented by a public pretender, their lawyer has spent less than 15 minutes with them before they appear in court to plead out. This is a sad reality of a broken system.

Everyone deserves to speak to defend themselves, that is what a fair trial is! Obviously, and as usual, the US “justice” system is purposefully covering up for the true perpetrators, which are commonly police bullies, otherwise they would have let her defend herself! People wake up! This is so common, you could be next! Police and judges and lawyers all work together to protect themselves and to profit off the vulnerable and the innocent! This poor girl is the victim of these “men” who are participating in a cult for profit! Once one of the cult members starts exposing the system they are covertly snuffed out of their job. It is up to the public to hold the judges and police accountable and lawyers should not be allowed to speak for people! We should all have a quick jury trial for every crime ASAP and most crime and false arrest would evaporate because most of this chaos would be stopped! Lawyer profession used to be against the law at one time US! Government is purposefully putting innocent people in jail and giving criminal records to profit off of them and control them, then they are coerced on psych drugs and totally mentally destroyed until some real bible believing Christians starry following the scriptures to rescue them from this demonic growing cult. Now it has turned into a global cult and they are vaccinating people as another way to get drugs into them! There is no virus ever proven to exist, illnesses are same illness people have always had, drugs don’t cure anyone, that is medical cartel tied in with government for profit! Wake up people this is NWO, mass genocide program going on. Unite and protect each other from this evil! Corrupt cult! Don’t trust or get involved with police or lawyers or government at all!

You can’t just talk about things no one knew about ahead of time, even if those things are firsthand accounts. Before the trial starts there is a hearing that you can bring all of the evidence that is going to be used in trial. You don't get to bring surprise evidence in the middle of the trial. She had already been convicted in a bench trial (her choice not to have a jury hear the case). The trial is the time to testify on your own behalf. The judge told her during the trial that she couldn't just sit in the witness box and talk about everything she wanted to talk about. Sentencing hearing is about getting sentenced. Not trying to bring in evidence to explain that she thinks she is innocent. If she thinks she didn't get a fair trial, the apply for an appeal. That's how it works.

"THEY ARE BOUND BY EVIDENCE and FACTS" - right???
Behind the scenes - it gets much worse - they couch officers on how to manipulate basic conversations to get you to give up your rights, agree for a full (side of the road) investigation, or have you incriminate yourself (FOR ANY CRIME AT ALL)...
Why do you think you got pulled over for "a wide left", and he/she is asking about - your driving?, where you were?, who you were with?, where your going?, who are you meeting?, are there drugs or guns in the car?, have you ever been in trouble before, ever had a ticket, etc...
