      jeremy stewart WRONG.
      Only fight for self defense if your parents can pay for a better lawyer.
      If your fighting someone lower on the social scale then you, or your a preferable race(not black/mexican) you can get off easily.
      America judicary is about who can pay the most.

    Just watched a video of a woman who only got 3 yrs for a hit and run. She was drunk, knew she did something very bad and went camping the next day! A tip from one of her friends is what led the police to her. She tried to get away with murder....and she only got three yrs! Our judicial system needs to be more consistent when it comes to sentencing.

      Tattooing your face is indicative of stupid decisions. You immediately knock your chances of getting a normal job - any job - to about 10 percent out of 100. Employers can deal with people who have tattoos on their body, even the neck sometimes. But not on your face. It looks ridiculous and unprofessional.
      You have to admit that a person thinking they are going to have a successful life with a tattoo on their face is probably dumb or doesn't care about life.

    • @ctfcNIG
      @ctfcNIG 7 лет назад +36

      jaykob if you dont go straight to hospital after head trauma theres a decent chance you can die in your sleep... theres not even symptoms sometimes. he was probably told that though but thats why they hospitalize people even if they seem fine

    • @jaykob2482
      @jaykob2482 7 лет назад +5

      ctfcNIG Yea, most definitely. If his mother didn't convince him to go to the hospital, he could of quite possibly died in his sleep, as you mentioned. Concussions are not something to underestimate, because you essentially bruise your brain when you receive one.
      I received a concussion in a car accident, and immediately after I "spiderwebed" the windshield I "awoke" a number of streets over, in daze, surrounded by my friends. As I was coming to, I momentarily, had difficulty remembering what day it was, my friends names, and what had just happened. I remember being sleepy and began to doze off. Luckily my friends noticed this and quickly came to the conclusion that I had a concussion.
      They were smart enough to try to keep me awake by giving me coffee and holding my attention. We didn't go to the hospital because the car was stolen and we were bunking. Needless to say, it was a scary situation, and to make matters worse, we were young teenagers (I was 14-15).

The judge will most likely not show you mercy looking at the footage. If you do knock someone out which you shouldn't anyway check on him show remorse at the time and the judge will see you have a good character and give you a lighter sentence most likely

    It's pretty sad for everyone involved. I remember getting in a fight at high school and was up for expulsion. The superintendent told me a story about a young man he went to school with getting bullied. The guy bullying him approached the young man and and that boy decided he wasn't gonna take it anymore and hit the bully. It was snow and ice on the ground and when the guy getting bullied punched him, the bully hit the ground and died instantly. That young man lost his freedom and the other guy lost his life. I never put my hands on anyone else again after hearing that. I couldn't imagine what their families went through. I have a 15 yr old son and a 16 year old daughter now and I tell them this story. Your entire life can change forever by making one simple decision

    One night as he left a bar he had taken one step out the front door and was sucker punched. He was knocked out cold and suffered a broken jaw. The coward who hit him fled. Know one else in the bar had ever seen him before. The bar tender did say he seemed mad and depressed that his wife had left him that week. Apparently he chose our soon to vent his frustration on. Fortunately our son healed up and is fine and back to work.

      This wasn't a fight or a loss of temper, it was a straight up assault on a totally defenseless unsuspecting stranger.

    Amazing how all these tough guys start crying when they are in front of the judge. he didn't look the least bit remorseful, he took another guys life so he deserves to rot in jail

    The same exact story happened here in Houston, TX a few years ago but it was worse, as the "killer" purposely went to a bar looking for the guy. He one punched him, guy fell back and hit his head on the concrete and died, the guy was found not guilty and it was ruled an accident.

    He looks just like his attorney. Same facial features and hair, even the spike in the front (except the attorney is dressed differently, and doesn't have long side burns and a shitty tattoo on his face) Pause at 7:45 for a good comparison. Thank you.
