Here’s How!!
In this video, I am going to show you guys how to update your Windows 7 system to Service Pack 1.
It can also be helpful if your Python Programming Language setup fails to install due to the Service Pack issue.
Directory to navigate to in Registry Editor [From Method 1]:-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentCurrentSet\Control\Windows
Link of Service Pack 1 File from Microsoft site [From Method 2]:-
Microsoft has deleted the service pack 1 file of Windows 7 so here's the new link👇👇

Does it work when i install python and also will python stay forever
That Service Pack 1 requirement is only needed during installation not when python is already installed
So once you use temporary method, install python just after that and then python will run forever without any error. Got it ?

I have SP1 installed but whenever I try and install Python I get that same error, so I don't know what Python are doing, before I could install Python without any issues since they made these updates everything falls apart.
Same Problem
now they ended support for win7
If you already have your SP1 installed then enter the log in the error massage
Go down , you will see that you need to update kb8.. whatever you have to update copy it then download it from google and apply then restart you computer.
In my pc it's already in service pack 1 so why it's not installed

Trying to install Python 3.10.1. It has this same error, except I do have SP1 installed.
Should have read the error log. What was missing was an update "KB3063858" (which replaces a discontinued update "KB2533623" mentioned in the log). Remember to enable Windows Update service or it won't install.

Здравствуйте, у меня Windows 7, версия 3.9.1 не поддерживается. Я устанавливаю версию 3.8.7 и мне выдаёт ошибку, мол мне нужно установить на винду Service Pack 1. Я посмотрел решение данной ошибки, установил Service Pack 1, но при запуске загрузчика питона, всё равно выдается та же ошибка ( Пробовал устанавливать разные версии 3.8, 3.7 ) Вы знаете как это решить?
Если что, вот что пишет при установке: One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues then retry setup. For more information see the log file. Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and all applicable updates are required to install Python 3.8.7 (64-bit). Please update your machine and then restart the installation.
