It depends on which ones you have
It’s mostly true except for blue the only reason being that the blue light that’s produced is bad for u that’s why ur not supposed to be on your phone right before sleeping because the blue light that’s produced (that blue leds also produce ) is bad for you and can often cause problems because u can wake up in the middle of the night, experience exhaustion even after long periods of sleep, and you can also mess your sleep schedule up (even for people who have a already pretty messed up sleep schedule it can be hard to fix after using the blue led lights for such a long time)
With that said all these colors are rlly good so Thankyou for posting this because I actually couldn’t find another video that Actually helps me sleep but my favorite was the green while deep blue is my favorite color the green is actually rlly calming so Thankyou ^^

@@Marlipiegosyes, although it can be a good color, it can also (rarely) be nightmare inducing by putting a red overlay over everything making the room have a kinda panic inducing atmosphere.

There are specifically made "blue light blocking" glasses to aid with sleeping. The best colors for sleep are colors that don't derive from Blue. Red/Dark Orange are good choices
There are a whole lot of studies on blue light, some say the opposite of each other
The color blue is calming, blue led light is totally different. Led lights have a preponderance of blue light and blue led light will keep you awake. Color theory doesn’t apply directly to led lights.

When your using this for your dog put on claming music for dogs and put on dark orange now I have the off brand on sooo yea so just use dark orange and press down the down button about 4 times

How do you get your LED’s to look like one big light and not individual lights?
You have to make them really bright but that’s not good for sleeping. Also not every set of lights can become bright enough for that. Hope this helps! 💛

I'm sure it would be fine to leave on for long periods of time, I always turn them off after a couple hours but I don't think leaving them on would damage them

What my parents sayed the led light will catch fire so it's ok to sleep with leds on if so can I set a timer for them to shut off
As long as they are not rolled up they will not catch on fire
