Technically speaking, the "Crispy/Decaying" Master, the "Tremas" master and the "Movie/Bruce" Master. Are all the same incarnation. Both the Tremas Master, and the Movie Master, are the Crispy Master, wearing different 'skins', possessing different bodies. He survives execution by the Daleks by possessing a Deathwurm (the snake like animal, a native to Skaro). There are audios featuring the Crispy Master, AFTER he's lost the Movie Master body again. That is the final incarnation of his particular cycle, and he does have a final canonical death now, destroyed by a Time Lord Eating Monster, called the Ravenous. His death doesn't last long however, as he is immediately resurrected by a Trio of Time Lords, who inject a fresh Regeneration Cycle into his corpse, restoring him. He regenerates into the Bald Master - played by Alex McQueen. This is Resurrection he mentions in "Last of the Time Lords." This incarnation doesn't know why the Time Lords resurrected him, but it is suggested that it was Authorized by the Time Lords in order to use him in the upcoming Time War. But you want to know the kicker? The Trio that resurrected him, wasn't just any Time Lord. It was the War Master. The War Master who fights in the Time War (Played by Derek Jacobi), and obtains an extra set of Regenerations. He shocks everyone by not using it on himself, but rather travelling back in time, to the location of his first death, and resurrecting himself. So that he can eventually become the incarnation that he will one day be. How does he complete this mission? He recruits two other incarnations of himself. His Past - the Eric Roberts Master, who is shocked to see his future self once again in his crispy state. And Missy. Missy causes the regeration of TWO of her Past Selves.
