    Great video - love it! So many details like not cutting the cabbage too small and tearing the beef - and with ingredient's that I can get here in Sydney. It looks so tasty and healthy too - and the 'how to enjoy it' tips at the end are really valuable - so THANK-YOU yet again Chung! Can't wait to see you get the coveted 100k YT plaque because it's only a matter of time. Sending hugs from Oz!!

    What cooking wine do you use? I want to make the recipe exactly how you did it so my bulgogi tastes the same as yours. Do I use Shaoxing rice wine or Mirin rice wine or Sherry cooking wine or something else?

    • @chungskfood
      @chungskfood  8 дней назад +1

      I used mirin rice wine. It really enhances the umami flavor of the bulgogi, so if you use it, you’ll get a similar taste. Using fresh ingredients and good-quality meat can also make the dish even more delicious. Hope you enjoy!😊👏👍
