The first RUclips I have ever heard say "if you enjoy it, you've already won" very refreshing to here. Meta isn't important, playing the way you want is

Thanks mate; we all play for different reasons and they are all valid if you enjoy it. Hopefully my videos add value however people want to approach their hobby

As a young man taking an artillery guard list to the team tourney you are running this weekend, this was incredibly well timed!

Indirect makes Guard viable on WTC. If you have enough physical space on the board to use a superheavy tank variant, you can probably get away with no indirect. Guard on Dense terrain without indirect is very difficult. Nothing like getting 3 tanks stuck in a conga line trying to escape your deployment zone. So If you don't like indirect, play on an open board where they can't hide them ;)

Interesting take. Terrain is a big factor. Haha...nobody likes planet bowling ball!

I like indirect for disrupting the automatic “put chaff unit on home objective” decision. I immediately have to rethink the game when my opponent has decent indirect in their list.

Yeah makes a huge difference to that. Pesky sticky objectives can be a nuisance though

Don't think indirect should exist personally, or atleast indirect that should do significant damage like d cannons
When your opponent can just decide when a unit dies and you have no counterplay that's essentially breaking the game

@@harrisonsaynor8568 Yeah it doesn't make for interesting game design for sure.

It's not too difficult to shut down indirect on objectives using Lone Operative

Great shout. Plus the strats that do a pseudo lone-op effect
