My neighbor's two gurls are having problems at school. They are talking about one of the gurls to repeat her grade, because she does not have a clue what is going on.
The school gave her the choice, she took the easy option, this means she can get a job in any other school, plus nothing is on her file,so in my mind the principal is just as bad.
YES. The damage isn’t in her getting caught, it’s all the insidious ways this disgusting excuse for a teacher crushed spirits neglected ignored and all manner of things children under her care for all the years she was in this position. Every single day there was toxic shit I guarantee you. This makes me so angry & sad.
I remember back in middle school I had a teacher from Texas who was hateful towards me and any other colored student, but was nice to the white ones. Because no matter how hard we'd try. The colored kids would get the worst grades,I'd be sent to detention nearly every day of the week. I'm not pointing blame at white people but it's a sad reality I had to endure,I know this because even after taking notes word-for-word. She would still tell the colored students that we don't listen,we constantly goof off. Thankfully I moved away from that town and never had to deal with another teacher like her ever again.
I wonder who the hell she was honestly....like how can someone talk about a child like that and their family....so much hatred can be heard in their voices....its so disgusting to hear this being said and sad....
No. It's always there. I never told my kids "it's not if, it's when" and then we need to talk about what to do about it. A law suit is rarely an option. HIs parents must teach him to deal with this: it will be in school, in college at his job, etc., etc. America is sick with racism and it will not get better until is admits it was wrong, which of course, it never will because it is built on entitlement. And to be entitled means someone has to be lesser.
Key word, "They"...she is not the only one on that staff who feels that way, you can bet on that. Who was she talking to, and why didn't they report her...???
@Chris Richardson Agreed. We as gods creation can only change this. Cant change anyone unless we change ourselves. Some doesn't like change, they rather stay stuck in their own ways. Imagine a world with no racism. WOW
Crazy part is... The Kid was an HONOR student even before the pandemic, and internet issues is what caused the student to fall behind. The teacher never considered that. He was just a skin color to her, that she was taught to hate. Poor kid heard her say it to and ran out of the room. My GOD... He will never forget that moment. Shame on the school for allowing the teacher to resign. She should have been fired. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

So that theory doesn't hold water. It's people in places of "POWER" allowing this to happen. If these folks were fired on the spot, like police officers, then everyone else would straighten up for fear of being fired. Simply allowing them to resign peacefully, or being suspended without pay, doesn't do anything to those who are also trouble-makers. *Note - If you decide to tell me I don't know what it's like because of my skin color then you are in fact being a racist. That's how racism is when you judge people based off their skin color. The definition of racism does not clarify only certain skin color. Everyone falls under it. If you want to stop racism, then stop judging people based off their skin color. That's what racism is.
The problem with a racist teacher is that they tend to lump all black children in the same category instead treating them as individuals who have the same skin color, but come from different backgrounds. For example, all black children do not live in housing projects or are from single parent households where the mother does not care about their children progressing in school. There are some good African American parents who really care about their children succeeding school and in life.

The entire point of life: Jesus did not come to be served, but to serve. Mathew 20: 28. We are no different. This entire life is a representation of the spiritual warfare going on. Good vs evil. God isn't a flying man in the sky, but the actual representation of Love, Hope, Joy, Peace, Light, etc. Not metaphor, but literally, like an extra demintional wavelength of thought, emotions, and intent. The devil is the opposite wavelength, pain, fear, hate, anger, darkness, etc. Human life is serving one of these two. Not a man in the sky, actual sentient collective universal Love. However, humans are primatives, we make mistakes. It's in our nature, since the fall, to go down the wrong path. This means at some time each one of us has served darkness to some degree. God understands our limited understanding of our own actions, so he gave us forgiveness, though sacrificing himself in human form as Jesus Christ. It is our duty to accept that sacrifice, get the forgiveness, and be better, helping others be better, and spreading this wavelength of Love, Hope, Joy, Peace, Light, etc, thoughout the universe. But God had to make a way for us to get to this place spiritually, this is why evidence is not allowed. Evidence will make you believe, using the fear of absolute punishment to change your behavior, but that won't make you better, just scared. Faith makes you better. It is what redeemes us, not our works. Faith is the hope that things get better, that justice always prevails, that we're at least loved by our creator. But it has to be Faith in Jesus, because of his sacrifice. And there can't be evidence to point us to him, because Love had to be fair. If there were a code in our DNA, what about everyone born before genetic sequencing? If there were a book with the solar system thosands of years ago, what would stop an evil person from hiding/destroying it? If it were something you had to go to, what about the geographically isolated, imprisoned, or enslaved. If it were a train of logic, what about the uneducated, or mentally slow? Not to mention all the people born before schools. Love cannot give to one without giving to the other. So the key to salvation had to be something everyone has access to. The only thing is Faith. This is why God puts it upon your heart to learn about these things, even if it's only to criticize, or hate. God is everywhere, because Love is everywhere, and so is the devil, because hate is everywhere. They're in your head all the time, regardless of weather or not you accept that. They whisper inside your heart, giving you ideas. But more than that, they're inside everyone's heart. This is how they get things done. They corrordanate us like pieces on a chess board. The only difference is, we get to chose who's side we're playing for. At the end of our life, we go to that team's home base, Heaven, or Hell. A place where all that exists is those wavelengths. Hate, pain, anger, fear, darkness; or Love, Hope, Joy, Peace, Pleasure, Light. The choice is yours to make. But you cannot go to Heaven with hate in your heart. You must forgive, repent, and spread joy for those around you. These are sentient eternal controlling forces in our universe. Heaven and Hell are very real places, I've seen them. Those steps prime your soul for a meeting with God. Very literally. Once you've done all four, in that order, you get divine revelation, with all the evidence you'll ever need. They are, forgive your parents, break down before Jesus, ask for forgiveness, and read the Bible. Step four takes three books to get the revelation. I recommend Genesis, Mathew, and then either Luke, Psalms, or proverbs. The order of the steps is important, step 1 has to come before step 3. I can state that for an absolute certainty that these steps always work. Please, take your salvation seriously. See for yourself. Do those steps. Jesus Christ is Lord. It's all True,

“This is what black people do.” Imagine being a student and hearing that! You would feel so small and helpless. Imagine how many people in the world think like her.
When your a child and hear this from a white teacher. That child is hurt. How do you explain this. world is not changing you take one step forward and you go back 12 steps.
That poor sweet child is going to be scarred, he will never see things the same way again. It’s so sad people of different races besides white have to constantly fear for their lives and family when they go out
The parent wanted help for her child. When all of this virtual schooling started. There was problems all over the country with children getting zoom. They still have some problems. My niece had a half day a few times because there was a problem with the system.
THIS is why my daughter has always attended predominantly blk schools since Head Start. At each of her schools blk faculty/staff and students were the majority. And these were great schools. I grew up in a small town in Mississippi. I could tell you horror stories about the racism from the educators AND the students. I was not about to put my child through that. I had wyte classmates who pretended to be cool with us in school, but outside of school would call you the n word and be straight up vicious. In fact Morgan Freeman is from my home town and HBO did a special called "Prom Night in Mississippi" in 2008 because that was the town's first integrated prom. The wyte kid's went to school with us but their parents didn't want them socializing with us outside of school. Morgan paid for the prom in 2008. He offered the kids whatever they wanted, his only condition was that they have an integrated prom. Rewind to 1996, the year of my senior prom. Morgan made the same offer to my class, but the wytes refused. On the HBO documentary in 2008 it shows there are still wyte parents who feel that way. I've seen those demons true colors up close and personal. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them.
And people are finding out about these incidents because of home online school but I’m thinking these kinds of things have always happened inside classrooms.
@@cobblestonegenerator2183 I'd say just lower the hours of school to 5 or 6 hours depending on how much work they do and how long it takes to be finished then have a bus come once they're all done for the day. As a teacher, I am so sorry to all parents who have ever had to face this kind of situation. Please remember that in any profession, there are great employees and bad ones too. Many of us go to great lengths to help our students and never talk this way. It’s so sad that parents leave their babies in our care only to hear this kind of crap. It is not ok.

I would not worry too much about a B grade". Decided to homeschool (UNschool) him after that and he just completed his teaching diploma at ASU at age 17. He is healing from years of PTSD and will make a difference in other children's lives now. Proud of him and thanking the Most High for the opportunity...not everyone has the ability. The entire point of life:
Jesus did not come to be served, but to serve.

Many of us go to great lengths to help our students and never talk this way. It’s so sad that parents leave their babies in our care only to hear this kind of crap. It is not ok.
@popinfresh Yes, there are many, many kind teachers that go the extra mile. Thank goodness for them!
Trust and believe we have all had teacher, and kids are very intuitive and can feel if you have something against them.
Then you should know how hard it is right now for teacher's and at-home learning. They are at the brink having to learn all this new technology and kids totally taking a vacation, not even trying because they are so confused, too. But the ones who REALLY ARE trying deserve a TON OF CREDIT. You should be ashamed, and I think you're a hypocrite and spineless.
Teaching is a calling, I’m thankful for the those who do so much for so little. 32 years in the classroom & I’d do it again in a heartbeat 💓
Thank God people like that are getting called out more and more.
There’s people like her that are doctors, police officers, lawyers and every other profession.
Even ones who claim to advocate for rights.
Yep!
And there are people like you that are just assholes, your point???
And in some of those professions it causes deaths. It is disgusting.
Yup
First middle school year and you find out your teacher is racist
I wonder why the push to get kids back in class now I know so they won't get caught saying what they really think and feel.
Oh the shit I hear when the teachers think the parents aren't right there next to their kids!
That is the same reason that most school systems won't allow cameras in the school despite the need for them. I was told it was "an invasion of privacy" to have cameras in the schools. Whose privacy? Now I see....
Teacher had a "Covid of the brain"moment😖
OMG that so called teacher needs to never ever be in any type of leadership position again.
Yep, sound like one of my son's teachers several yrs ago. Asked her why she believes my son has a "B" instead of an "A" ....she responds, "This is normal for you people. But if you do , pray for wisdom and make a choice that best for your particular black child.
Excellent. Truthfully, our enemies shouldn’t be teaching our children.
I hope you reported her azz!
I am doing the same thing. Just as Malcolm x said.
@@kristiyahmarie4944 So true.
@@sarahlgarrick7589 I reported her and it went nowhere /dead ears. I even wrote negative reviews online about the school leadership (with video). I just gave up and turned my attention towards my responsibility as a black mother after months of fighting. It's sad.
So sad the burdens of the single BW.. praying for u 🙏 and your family
I'm so shocked 😮 I am in grad school and my professor would mocked me, laugh at me, and kind of haze me. I reported the issue and nothing was done.
Maybe you should record it and put it on social media and sue them then they'll do something about it. And that is just so sad that you have to go to such lengths to be treated with respect and dignity.
@Jack Meyhoffer No I am not paranoid! He used to laugh at me and mocked me for being hispanic! He used to try to instigate me. He would raise his voice at me in the classroom. I contacted The Board of Regents in my state. It was a terrible experience. I told them I am not going to my graduation. Some of them were nice some were awful!
I’m white and disgusted, take care young man and I hope you do well in your life, lots of love from love to you from an old lady from Scotland 🥰🥰🥰🥰
This has been the cruel reality of people. It's just more recently getting caught and exposed.
I used to have a teacher in middle school who used to have racist rants about African students. They were no African students in our class but the ranting used to make the rest of us in class awkward, confused and in disagreement
No it didn’t you were a kid iether you don’t remember. Joined in and are lying now to look virtuous or you didn’t even give a shit cause you were a kid
