Like you, I'm all for the MAC Fix Plus & Paint Pots. Somehow I have a hard time justifying high prices for nude eye palettes. Looking forward to seeing your eyeshadow tutorial.
Totally correct answer. I'd have to see these in person before I purchased. I'm sure IRL the colors will look much better. MAC is nothing if not dependable.
I was interested in this palette. I will have to swatch in person before I buy. They look so dry and powdery. I have a single of Satin Taupe that I do love. I feel eyeshadow formulas have come a long way now. I need to see your eye looks !! Looking forward to it.
Comparing the palette sizes is so unbelievably helpful! Nothing worse than buying a palette for travel only to find out it’s too bulky

The color stories and formulas may not be most unique on the market, but I think there's something to be said for easy and dependable!

If you press the insert at a corner, the insert pops out and you can easily take out the shadows ✌🏻

@@MarjorieEarlDean I think she was referring to the empty palettes you can customize. I haven’t had any luck with the ready-made palette.
Yes, that’s how you can easily take out the shadows from the refill palettes. I believe the pre-made palettes are glued down, unfortunately 🙂

So the MAC six-pan palette is not magnetic?
I don’t think so, unfortunately. I tried removing a pan the same way I did the custom palette and it seemed pretty stuck.
