The New May Pen Market Jamaica Full Walk Through Tour 2021 - May Pen, originally May's Pen, was established as a pen (cattle farm)[2] settlement by the British between 1660 and 1683 on a crossing point of the Rio Minho river. It became part of an estate named after its owner, slave trader, Reverend William May, who was born in England in 1695 but in his later years resided in Jamaica. He oversaw 27 enslaved people on this estate and was rector of the Kingston Parish Church but was later transferred to Clarendon, where he served for 32 years.[citation needed]
May Pen Market Full Walk Through Tour 2021 is well located from an administrative point of view in the centre of a largely agricultural parish, and as a midpoint on the Kingston to Manchester road. Boasting a large open air market and transportation centre along Main Street and Sevens Road, the town's centre is often chaotic with activities of shoppers, vendors daily and motorized traffic. May Pen also has many banks, hardware stores, pharmacies and eateries. The town also has a large post office, headquarters for local government, and court house.

❤️ it my bro this is what real people who travel the world want to see feel and experience when they visit the Caribbean but sadly in 🇯🇲 a visitor could loose his life if he/she venture to a place like this imagine if yard wasn't so dangerous the millions upon millions of visitors will visit her because there is truly no other Caribbean place so beautiful 🇯🇲 is loosing hundreds of millions of $ because of crime 🇧🇸

Mr DT it's quite obvious you haven't been paying attention or listening to Jamaica's totally out of crime situation if you are in denial that's one thing but if its wishful thinking then that's on you , a man was shot dead a few weeks ago in brought day which isn't a big thing in yard but what made me take notice of this one was the fact that it happen right next to a police station ( did I mention it was daylight again )

@@JAMAICAWALKBY Yes thats true but back in the old market they had all these rickity wooden stands that they had the produces on, these were a fire hazard, people clothing use to get caught on it and the sweepers couldnt clean the place properly, looking at the new market, its a lot cleaner than when I use to go there. my only complain would be the fish and meat section, no refridgeration or fly mesh. good video though.

My brother like I stated earlier Jamaica is losing hundreds of millions of dollars because of crime , yes crime is universal but if you are willing to take that chance on your life or of a love one hey go ahead but I am not going to there is to much safer places in the world to go , one shouldn't have to worry about being rob or rape while on vacation that's why all inclusiveness hotels are preferred the average visitor don't want to stay in them but what other choice do we have and as a result the locals suffer .
