I have 3 units of ender 3 basic pinters for the last two years. I recently bought A1 mini just to try Bambu. I dont know about ender 3 KE but the print quality and speed of the Bambu A1 mini is far more superior than all my old ender units. It is all automated. It is a beast, in a small package.
he should mention the software as well, the slicer..... for someone with zero or little experience in 3d printing between the 2 there is no comparison, the bambu lab is just easier to use and more reliable, for good result with the Creality you need to download a second slicer, like Orca, and start using that (and loosing some feature of the machine).
Literally the only pro of the V3 is the bigger bed, in everything else we are in 2 different categories

The A1 Mini is rock solid. Linear rails on the all axis. I'd pick it over a creality any day.
Its a toy. Basically just good for printing miniatures. It is too small
@@anthonylong5870 I disagree as it is a toy for you but for many it's more than enough to get started 3d printing. It's fast and reliable which is more important for some people. I would still recommend it to beginners.
That's hilarious. Its the furthest thing from a toy. It's actually one of, if not the most advanced consumer printers (Bamboo printers and ecosystem in general). I own it as well as an x-max, flsun delta, cr-10, 3 Ender 3s and even a original Mendel 2. After close to 10 years of 3d printing I can say with confidence that 80% of my prints fit on the A1 mini. I print functional parts out of CF-Petg. No problems whatsoever. For most people, that bed size will be fantastic.@@anthonylong5870
@@anthonylong5870 99% of my printes are small
just 4 cm in all axis more for the creality, how come the A1 Mini is a toy compared to the Ender? What exactly do you print in that machine that the A1 Mini cant handle?
Plus no multi material, no linear rails and bad quality all around (its creality, chinese crap)@@anthonylong5870
Printing on my A1 mini as we speak, it has 0 stringing, 0 layer error, 0 faults, its just a printing beast ! such a value for your money
Did you get it for $50 cheaper?
My ender 3 v3 se broke so I sold some stuff and have 230 and they are both on sale for that price which should I buy in your opinion
I fixed the printer but it is still not printing properly
Creality : Ender 3 is enough no need for other variant : v3, KE, Ender 5, CR10, etc etc. Want Upgrade? Get the A1 Mini AMS. Those models are the holy grail of the 3D fdm device for Now. Other types or brands are just a waste of money.
waiting on the A1 (non-mini) to come back, but the price cuts on the A1 mini are tempting.
I bought the A1 before the recall and been using everyday waiting on the new bed to arrive. I haven’t had any issues with it. I would wait for it over the mini in my opinion, only downfall I’ve had with the A1 is the camera location and quality is really bad, but it gets the job done.
KE is the damn workhorse...I handle them roughly and yet they deliver😂
No question the KE is the better bang for your buck with the build volume.
Can somebody tell me what comes with the a1 mini (not combo) because i couldnt find it
Bought the Flashforge 5M a few weeks ago for $299 really happy with it. I saw that Bambu was selling the Lab A1 Mini with the 4 filament attachment for $399, that is a sweet deal.
KE is solid, especially when the multi color upgrade comes for it this summer it will be a more direct comparison
I'm going to buy mini without doubt for my 8 years old boy. Bambu Mini practically no need to calibrate, rock solid machine with sensors like filament pressure compensation, size - anyway we never print anything bigger and there's only 2cm difference. I saw on KE from other reviews problems with high linear pressure advance - extruder problems, build plate bottom bearings wobble, z need frequently readjust e.t.c.
KE is solid. I have two
Surprised there aren't more competitive printers listed.. I just got an Anycubic Kobra 2 Max and man is it convenient with the WiFi/BlueTooth and overall updates from the last gen..
Not to mention the massive bed.. love being able to print detailed small parts as well as 1-piece Helmets..
🃏
The two north atl stores i frequent do not often have staff that have used 3d printers. There should be a retail pro training program to educate staff on these devices.
Excited to have Micro Center opening soon in Charlotte, but y'all need to build in Raleigh!!
i want a microcenter in virgina beach, vegas, and phoenix.these are all the places i travel to and sucks after i left chicago that i dont have one near me anymore. can you replace bestbuy already?
what about harder tpu's with the multi material?
You're too slow! I just picked up a KE from MicroCenter last Thursday (randomly checked online to see how much they were, and I saw one that said "open box" with an offer that I couldn't refuse; been a slightly bumpy ride getting it going with the settings and temperatures, but fortunately the printer itself works pretty well [aside from some bizarre rippling in the parts.. not really sure where that's coming from 🤔]) I do wish the store was a bit closer though; an hour and a half isn't the worst drive ever, but it's hardly just around the corner..
I want a Microcenter in birmingham alabama!
I really want to get one
iam waiting for return of moneys or fix of the Ender3Neo, but i ordered A1, so even if they fix my ender, i will return it(i got some pictures of errors or fails, so i will put it back with them😁)
I have both of these printers along with their brother k1 max and x1c, love both of them 😂.
I want a micro center in Orange, Anaheim, California
Their is one in Tustin/Santa Ana off 55 Fwy
Height on the SE variant is 250mm. Ke is 240mm
Microcenter in the Philippines 🇵🇭 please

I didn't think the AMS Lite could handle TPU. You may want to check with Bambu. I know it's not recommended on the regular AMS.
I haven't check but probably it is because the system is different... in the regular AMS the filament is going trough the AMS itself, motors, tube behind the machine, tube inside the machine and the extruder at the end, for a very flexible material as TPU is an issue.... in the A1 mini and full size the filament only go from the AMS mini to the extruder directly, the A1 extruder accept all 4 filaments at once and swap them directly with little movement, the P and X only 1 filament at the time and use the motors inside the AMS for a full retraction of the filaments
I have the A1 w AMS lite and so far I haven’t had a issue with multi color tpu prints I’ve done three in the last two weeks so maybe they fixed it with the latest updates or I’ve just been getting lucky. 50/50
@@SoullessCasperas I said the A1 (both) basically is direct drive with or without AMS, reason why the regular ams is clean looking and the Lite is a mess with cables.
But in one you can connect 16 filaments in the other 4 is the max
@@juryfilanti idk why but on my phone it cut your comment off and didn’t have the read more tab, but I also was replying to Generic, I wasn’t arguing. I was explaining to there comment that on the ams lite it worked for me that’s all. I understand what you are saying.
the path is too long for TPU, it doesnt work@@juryfilanti
What would you print models for?why would one care for the camera view??😮i got no idea what i m watching
People print all sorts of things, from fun fidgets and toys to useful parts for projects.
And I guess a camera is to see if the print has an issue or fails 🤔 ?

Nashville, TN is in desperate need of a computer store, and the nearest Microcenter is either Atlanta or Cincinnati. I love visiting the one in the Detroit area, whenever I'm up there visiting family!
#Iwantamicrocenternearme Kirksville Missouri. There are several colleges here. Your only competitor would be Walmart. You all would make bank.
i want a microcenter in san juan capistrano
Thanks for the comparison! #iwantamicrocenternearme in San Diego! Go take over the old Fry's location in Mission Gorge. Perfect spot, already set for tech, and it's been empty since COVID.
A1 extruder power cable need a blue chew
The KE z is 240, not 250. Not a huge deal. Also, I don't think tpu can go through the AMS
“Back in the old days if you had a printer on the other side of a room you would either have to put a thumb drive into it or even worse have it plugged in to your computer for the entire duration of the print”
Me: nervously looks towards my old ass original ended 3 plugged into my computer because the USB port came broken
“Yeah wouldn’t be me”

ain't no way - NEVER EVER get the Ender 3 V3 KE, I got it, it broke, Creality didn't help, I fixed it, it broke, Creality didn't help, and wash and repeat. The Ender 3 V3 KE is just SO unreliable literally 3/4 prints will fail. Always Bambu Labs over Creality.
Never buy Creality. Learned the hard way after multiple Creality machines (Ender 3, 3 pro, 3 v2, S1, 5 Pro, 2 Pro).
Oof that sounds quite costly
They both suck. But creality is better due to open source.
??? Care to expand?
What is the best printer to print lowered for "Pew pews"🔫?? 🤔🤔 That can handle carbon nylon temps.. like I'm think 320 degrees minimum... I'm guess in o around the $500 mark or less if possible
Too bad micro center won't ship bambu printers
Why order from MicroCenter when you can just order straight from BambuLab? The only reason I could imagine getting a printer from Microcenter would be the ease of returning it should something be broken, but if you want them to ship it, i'm guessing you don't live close to one.
@@theElemDragon"Why order from MicroCenter when you can just order straight from BambuLab"
Because bambu lab support is utter dog shit and if you have a problem, you'll be waiting at least 3 weeks for a response to your support ticket. If you buy from micro center and have a problem, you can get it replaced same day. Nobody buys directly from bambu lab anymore due to how terrible their customer support is.
