- Welcome back. I made it to Pensacola Florida to to film the Aimon by Deer Valley for you. This is a 1980 sq ft home with some nice updates to the floor plan.

Love the siding and colors in and out side the house, just add gas stove and window to second bathroom.
Deer valley’s are my favorite. Florida always has pop up showers without notice lol😂

I like all of it. The only thing I'd change is get rid of the bath. We wouldn't use it 😊
Deer Valley’s will always be my favorite. And the Aimon was my very favorite until they changed their floor plan and colors. The other floor plan had a door to the back porch off of both the dining room and the master bedroom, rather than one from the living room. When grilling outside it would be more convenient to have a door closer to the dining area/kitchen. The colors were more rustic before, with the use of natural wood and it was less white & sterile looking in the floor plan from 2 years ago. All Deer Valleys are well made, but I’m not a fan of the changes they made on my once favorite Aimon!!!

Needs a wood fireplace
This home is very nice but I wouldn't want this layout. The previous one that had the glass side lights and doors located in the hallway between the dining room (which had wall space for China hutch) and a Den which had the bedrooms and bathroom located of that area instead of the kitchen like this one. I would like warmer wood tone cabinets and warmer toned bricks or stone one that fireplace along with a hearth. Preferably a traditional style fireplace with gas log or wood burner.
I lived in Florida for 25 years and it rains a lot. It is not really a " sunshine state ".
Just needs a little table so u can fold your clothes.
Naw, at least $60,000 over priced...
