    Luxury house's should also not contain plastic walls around the tub. These are not luxurious items. You expect to see these in modest homes.

    Very nice house especially with it being 4 sides brick. The black faucets and shower heads are fixtures while things like ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators are appliances.

      @@anderra88 yes but I’m not sure if the black was standard or an upgrade, this particular house had all the upgrades except the tile showers

      I'm guessing black faucets in the shower are upgrades. Black faucets generally cost more money than other types. I do like the black faucets. Makes it look more luxurious.

    Why didn't they take the tile in the master bathroom up to the ceiling? Why did they leave a few inch gap. All the way up to the ceiling people. A few extra pieces of tile aren't going go break the bank and will make a world of difference.

    • @genew5758
      @genew5758 Месяц назад

      Cleaning those plastic tub surrounds is no easy task. They're a pain to clean. I've cleaned many in my day. My neighbor just got a tub enclosure and paid 11k for plastic. I was like WTH. You overpaid. I did my tub surround with tile and glass backsplash and paid about 1500, which included the material and labor.

      @@genew5758 luxury is based off the price, but carpet is a preference to a lot of people

    • @genew5758
      @genew5758 Месяц назад +1

      True, some may prefer carpeting. Carpeting gets old and dirty quickly, so why not just put down hardwood flooring or LVP flooring. To me, luxury means, high end finishes throughout the house with all the bells and whistles. Don't get me wrong. This house is gorgeous. Was not too sure if there was a pool or not. Luxurious homes should have a nice inground pool in the backyard. I know some don't want pools because of maintenance, but it's almost expected in certain price points.

      @@FrederickMitchellJR
      Luxury is not derivative of how expensive it is. Luxury is the aspects and characteristics that differentiate that of which is considered luxury and that of which is not. It’s the higher quality, craftsmanship/design, durability, performance, desirability, scarcity and exclusivity when compared to other comparable counterparts in which makes something luxury.
      Expensive price is derivative of luxury goods. So quartz countertops cost more than porcelain countertops because of these factors relating to its distinctive attributes aforementioned.
