Such a nice home! I’m torn about a couple of things - I wouldn’t be overly fond of the idea of having to bring visitors or company through my entire house, past my kitchen, just to visit even for a moment. As it stands, that’s the only option unless you want to leave them standing in the foyer. Also, the one bedroom is very narrow. But those are things that I think I could easily adjust to or I could possibly simply switch the dining room with the living room.
Otherwise, I very much liked it and their design choices. I like their use of partial walls and corner columns, I guess you’d call them. It defines the rooms very well while still keeping the spaciousness of a more open plan.
That’s one of the more functional islands (well, technically I guess this was more of a peninsula) we’ve seen and exactly what I’d like. It’s packed solid with storage drawers which is so useful! And the pantry and whole utility/laundry/mud room area was very nice. I’d love to put a freezer back there, too! I loved the master bedroom and bath. And there’s still all that lovely space above for future expansion.

Fantastic looking place. I'd want a basement. I'm a little surprised they didn't put in a Half Bath. I'd mess with the Master Bath and Bedroom 2.
I'd have another bathroom in the front wider portion of Bedroom 2 and use the rest for the Master Bath. In the Master Bath I'd have a built in tub put where the shower is. Widen the Toilet Closet. Put the Vanity turned 90 degrees on the end wall...it is too wide as is. Where there is part of Bedroom 2 left I'd have a mega 2 person shower put in.

There are so MANY things I would change on this house in regards to the LAYOUT!!!! Don't get me wrong it's a Beautiful home, bu the Layout has so much wasted space and the 3 Additonal Bedrooms are too small. 2500 SQ. FT and NO TUB in the master bathroom???

You look nice but you've lost weight well anyways I love the dark gray vinyl siding I love it I think that's so attractive with the white trim the way that home is from the curb appeals incredible and I'm going to watch the rest of it you just took us inside now yeah I don't want to second story but I'm still going to look at this home cuz you know if I ever did get one I could get it without the second story I just told to lugk up a vacuum cleaner

The sink is probably a composite like a quartzite made to look like polished slate.

It's so funny to me how many people are saying this is small in some areas, to me compared to UK housing, this is palatial!! I guess we just don't have the same amount of land available for larger homes and homes that are this size would be upwards of half a million.
I really like your modular tours the best as that will be our next home purchase. And really like when you include pricing even though I am not in that area so pricing will be different for me. But in terms of pricing when you mention turnkey is that complete? Minus the lot. I’m talking everything from septic, well, foundation, and driveway and of course the house itself

I really liked this Home. MY Favorite part is that Awesome Kitchen. Tim this Home has so many surprise's. Especially on the outside exterior the color a Charcoal is grand, plus an Double Garage. The Master Bathroom what can I say, Nice. The only thing that I didn't like, was that back Bedroom way to small. Good video 👍
it is very pretty I’ll admit, but i wish it was more open. I’ve never liked houses that feel like mazes. Other than that, i love these colors!!

Hi Kelly! So this is Ritz Craft and they do have builders in Tennessee. I don’t know any right off hand but if you call around to local modular home builders and ask if they have Ritz Craft Homes you should be good
For a new home it's very boxy. And confining I think this is the one I have like the very least looks larger from the outside than it is inside
