- Welcome back. While in Billings Montana, I stopped in at Majestic homes and filmed a new version of he Paladin, called the Mini Paladin. This is 2400 sq ft vs the 2700 of the full size. You can get this in up to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. As show is 3/2. A kitchen that will have you cooking for an army of people.

I forgot to mention why the sq ft number instead of measurements. The reason is the floor plan only gives the length of the room and not the width. Normally I can go to a Matterport 3D floor plan and get those. There is no 3D Matterport for this home, as it is a Majestic Homes exclusive and they have not had that done yet.
The laundry room is wonderful!
The one thing in the kitchen that I really liked alot was the gas range.
Love the diagonal layout in the kitchen and Master bath. Love the layout of the home. Nice large kitchen. 😂
Wow, if this is the smaller version of the house, I would love to see the bigger one. This one is pretty big. The breakfast nook would be my dining room. Big beautiful kitchen with a nice long island. I love the refrigerator. That pantry is massive! 😍 I really like the layout of the guest bathroom with the toilet separated. Large utility room with a sink & half bath. 👍 The master bath is dreamy! 🥰
I love the layout. It may be smaller on sq footage however I love how much room each space has. Perfect for family gatherings.
I like it. Nice and big, spacious. The range is cool, w/ the French-doors, and the big fridge-freezer is great.

This house is gorgeous. Love the foyer, but I would put up a wall so you dont see the dining room and have a full foyer. Love the kitchen and side kick refrigerator and commercial grade stove/oven; needs a pot filler there. Only other changes I would make is carpeted bedrooms and living room. I would eliminate the patio door in the living room and add windows. In the master bath I would add back splash tile above the soaking to the window bottom. Love that the doors match the trim, but I would want all white; not a fan of the color brown, hence I would want lighter cabinetry as well. Nice home but very pricey. Thanks for the tour, hope you and Raiden are enjoying the summer!
Put a coat closet opposite the front door. That also provide more definition to the living room. Nice house. 😊😊😊

I love it nice big and lots of space. The gas stove now most definitely a winner for me.
If I was rich I'd buy it. The layout is great, and the stained glass is a plus, and it's just great!!!! However I'd have each room painted a different color.
Not only does it need a fireplace in the living room, but also make the living room as the front of the home, otherwise it's perfect.

I'd like to see a fireplace or at TV wall in the living room and a separate oven and induction hob. I'd change the woodwork to white. Also the joins in the floor would be a deal breaker for me

Yes they can but as with most things it costs extra.
I like only 2 things I'd change 1st no sliding door in living room just a wall between the windows and the 2 together windows in the master can go too just wall! But that price I couldn't have it anyways😂 but I do like it!
This home is still so large. You can't really tell it's any smaller than the bigger version.
You can park a Ford Pinto in the entrance space.
Definitely has room for a FP. Too much wasted space once you walk in. Kitchen is great. Being a chef and baker that is always my main focus in any floor plan. Dont need that big of a fride personally. I like the colors. Love that stove! Big fan of pocket doors.
Like this, except, a lot of wasted space when you enter and I wouldn't need the formal dining area. Not sure what to do with all that space.

Living room Needs a fireplace and the kitchen is large with a lack of enough upper cabinets.

Correct. I just looked. I should have thought that number was to big. They included the kitchen in that 351 number.

Wow! Outrageous price for a home with such a large space by the front door that cannot be used for much, no wood burning fireplace, no crown molding by the ceiling, no bench in the shower in the primary bedroom…. But I did like the freezer-refrigerator. Just didn’t like the home overall. Sorry….
I don't like the kitchen as much because the other version had My color and style and type of real wood, these look like the cheaper mobile home cabinets. This home is also overpriced for what you don't or can't get.
