- Attempting to double up on the legendary "Beefeater's" Sirloin Steak Challenge at Prime Quarter in Janesville, Wisconsin! Hungry diner's typically have 75 minutes to finish a 40oz steak, baked potato, Texas toast, and a side salad in order to receive a finisher's medallion worth $35 and a spot on the Beefeaters Wall of Fame! I decided it would be fun to try and finish TWO within the time limit and maybe even order some dessert!

I don't know that I'm more impressed that she ate two of those meals, or that she did it with 42 minutes to spare.
Idk how she put down two whole steak dinners with ease but mad respect. After the first plate I'd have to call it a day and pray for my porcelain throne on my way home.
I had two burgers ,home cooked, after no red meat for one year. They were awesome. I had a tummy ache for 3 days. I could eat a big steak with fried onions, salad, b. Potato, and rolls and butter. "OH, Yeah, babe!"

That is an awful thing to do to a baked potato.
@@judsonkr they are wrapped in foil and baked for a hour in a oven. They are not baked at the grill

And don't blame your forearms for being tired, that was definitely not a sharp knife, the way you had to saw at that meat. The knife should have glided through that beef. You'll have to start packing sharp knives, along with Randy's XL utensils.

wow...i think the most amazing part is that you didnt even seem to struggle or slow down at all. you ate the last bite as easily as the first bite, and then had some carrot cake to boot! and in 33 minutes!!

@@It-b-Blair A texan tux is straight up a unique fancy looking tux with a bolo tie and cowboy boots which is something I would never associate with Canadians, lmao a flannel is something I associate with those from Canada but maybe it has something to do with the fact the US has the most amount of scottish descendants outside of the UK because Flannel was heavily associated with those from Wales and Scotland (around 25 million American are of scottish descent while only around 9.7 million Canadians are of scottish descent)

That is testament to the fact that the guys and girls that run these eateries know exactly the way it should be done so that the meat is easy to chew and not hard to chew like leather.

Surprising you said it was really tender. Sirloin tends to be pretty chewy and my jaw wears out. I would rather do a ribeye or filet. Nice job Katina!

This woman is a steak destroyer total awesomeness..there is a place out where I live called Broncos Bear Creek where if you ate the 40 oz steak it was free..that was back in the '90s it was in Edinboro Ohio off of route 45 north
The fact that a woman, well looking may I add, finished that challenge wearing a classic, tight western outfit while having a great time even with other partisans simply baffles me , wow, I tip my hat for you lady.

You're right about the Texas tuxedo. For very formal occasions, change out the denim jacket for a real tuxedo jacket, formal shirt and a bolo tie.
So good to watch this. Here in the UK one of my girlfriends years ago ate her meal then the other 4 peoples leftovers who were with us. Soooooo funny. 10/10 😁

In my country its over ZAR600...where we pay for a 1kg steak maybe ZAR150 with the sides...very expensive actually

Sweet Jesus. Those steaks looked bloody gorgeous. I’ve had food poisoning for over a week now from eating undercooked chicken and have been craving a lovely steak but hard to find one like that in the UK. I was salivating watching this! Well done on the challenge. Smashed it!
"Medium rare" is my favorite way to eat steak as well. Living in Milwaukee and raised up north, local steakhouses are the best way to dine out!! Love the fine job of you demolishing both of those sirloins! Very thrilled you are a Cheesehead, both you and Randy!

It pretty much sucks big time that even if you finish the challenge successfully, you still have to pay for both steaks. That's lame and cheap. But, good job and best wishes on all your endeavors.

@@Motodoggo_ That is true. Food and Gas prices are definitely increasingly high right now. So, I do understand in that regard. The average person who attempts would probably end up paying for the meal anyway. It just seems like they'd be willing and able to afford at least 1 free meal to the far and few between people that defeat this challenge. But, I'm just an observer with an opinion. This was obviously more about the accomplishment than the prize for her. On the bright side, at least she could use one of the medals to discount her out of pocket for this challenge.

Should not have had the distraction behind her. This challenge should have been about Katina only. The restaurant ownership should have stepped in and sat the kids down. The parents need to learn how to take children out to a nice restaurant and behave and not treat the situation like a playground. Congrats on another unbelievable challenge completed!
