Wow, wow, wow, I ate the 72 oz steak at the big Texan in Amarillo Tx. With all sides and salad finished in just under the hour deadline and I was miserable for 2 days, and my jaw was sore for a week from all the chewing. No way I could have had desert. Amazing, and you didn’t even break a sweat.

This challenge consists of a 72oz steak, shrimp cocktail, salad, dinner roll and baked potato that must be eaten in one hour. This woman ate it all in 4 minutes 18 seconds. She went on to eat two more complete meals. I have no words.
I was there the week after she ate 2 of those challenges which was about a year before the one you mentioned. She is 120 pounds but is not from CA. Her name is Molly Schuyler who is a competitive eater and is from Minnesota but now lives in Maryland, she has 4 children and is an impressive eater in a bunch of different areas.

That was quite the brave moooooooooooove going with that literal side slab of beef for your 1st challenge in 8 months🐮! Little did they know (unlike 4.4 million of Katina’s viewers) that she’s beaten the 72oz. bull before in Texas a few years back. And as your unofficial video historian, I believe you also took on a 40oz steak with all the fixings challenge & doubled it just for 💩 & 🤭 too (victorious as well). With all that beef, I’m suprized they didn't offer “ranch” dressing on the haybale sized salad. Great job on being the first to win this first challenge back on American soil! Yee Haw, Y’all!! Especially when going on a break, youtube is a part of an income a lot of influencers have and so they can’t just take a break with no videos, no videos = no revenue. Even if people were to view her older videos she still wouldn’t be making nearly as much! So, in order to keep that balance, they prerecord videos and save them for times like when she wanted to take a break
I’m on the East side of the state. If you’re ever in the Bristol / Elizabethton area you have to try Ridgewood BBQ. They don’t have a food challenge unless it’s finding better BBQ! It’s VERY good! There is some good Q places there in Nastyville too, but the Ridgewood Q is hard to beat! Congratulations on another victory! Folks God has truly blessed us here in the USA! There are places where people are starving and we have been blessed enough to make eating a competition instead of an act or survival! Thank you God for your MANY Blessings!

You are the 3rd challenge eater that RUclips has thrown my way and I'm not mad about it. This was a huge challenge and you did great. I also can't forget to mention how absolutely excited I was that you ate a mix of items vs one at a time.
I would probably struggle to eat the fries and onion rings with a small fraction of that steak whether there was a time limit or not. Katina is a beast, and after watching these videos for a long time I have no idea where she puts all that food. Maybe hollow legs is the answer 😄

In trying to recognize that restaurant, I’m thinking it’s on one of the streets that runs off Charlotte, close to the Gulch area, downtown. Like 12th Ave, maybe… Just checked it out. It’s over near Germantown community, close to Farmers Market, Rolf & Daughters, ect😊
They have a steak challenge like this here in Portland, Oregon. Its at Saylers Old Country Kitchen. It is a 72oz steak though and you have to eat similair sides + a bowl of ice cream. Should check it out since there is a woman who ate it in only a few minutes as well named Molly.

I'm not judging, but, our family of four would serve a standing rib roast that size on Sunday about once a month. It fed us for three nights : 1st - Sliced Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding 2nd - Cottage Pie 3rd - Cottage Pie (again, no complaints).

I'm not judging, but, our family of four would serve a standing rib roast that size on Sunday about once a month.
It fed us for three nights :
1st - Sliced Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
2nd - Cottage Pie
3rd - Cottage Pie (again, no complaints).

Was just looking at her comments and wanted to reply for her. We moved in 2021 to Wisconsin. The house is almost sold. We bought the Nashville house in December and moved this past January.
