@@ruthryan9173 Hey ruthryan, not sure what the question is. Are you asking how am I profitable from month to month? I definitely have losing days, so there’s weeks and months where I don’t make as much. But in the long run yes I do come out positive because I know what I’m doing. If you look at it on a micro level is where you will find my drawdowns. Hope that helps.

Nice video! Do you use the SPY or Qqq as a directional bias for your trades ? do small caps follow a certain index better ?
$IWM for small caps
I usually focus on the Qs but I always evaluate at all 3: Qs, spy and iwm.

As always, great content. I had to ask, on your previous videos you mentioned you only use the 20ma, and 200ma. I noticed your 15min, and 1hr have 4 indicators. Your 1min, 2min, and your 5min has 3 indicators.
I believe, that 1 of the other 2 that are not mentioned is the 50ma. Do you use another one? And are they all SMA?
Another question I had is: Do you still take people into your trading room? Since following your channel, it seems to hit me that your style aligns most to mine + personality, so I was looking for a mentor of some sort! I do not have Instagram, so I thought I'd shoot my shot here. Let me know if you are open to connect more.

Thanks aseyza! Yes I only use the 20 and the 200 sma. I do use an 8sma on the 1 and 2min mostly for the open but I honestly didn’t realize I had them on all 5 until you mentioned it haha. And the 15m the pink line is the VWAP, just to have since so many traders use it. Also just create an ig and shoot me a dm and I can point you in the right direction

Good job, but I think there's a little secret about your strategies (Called phone and mic strategies 😉).
Can you make moments of enteries and exits more clear. Because you are telling that you see 123 formation, but its not obvious where it is (yes i watched your prev vidoe about what you are looking for). To make this videos more valuble from aducation point of view, we need to get more information of decision making at the moment. I belive that when you will try to step by step tell your community about every trade decision you will be surprised becuase you get to a new level of understanding why you do so. Thanx keep going!
Thanks for the feedback! The point of these videos is more to just show my trading because if I made it educational there’s just too many things to go over every time. But I do still give details on some of my decision making, like the PANW or the ASX in this video.

Thsnks for all you're great content James What's the average dollar amount you're trading ? I also scalp small caps but I'm mostly long bias, still cant seem to be consistently profitable, i do good for a month then 1 day of undisciplined trading I give it all back and some...reason I ask is i have trouble scaling up my positions?
Thanks orenmadrigal, I risk $500 per trade. The way I can avoid giving back a month of profit in a single day is to set a max loss for the day, week, and month

Hey James, what does ‘R’ mean that you reference throughout the video?
R is risk to reward...if he is risking 1 dollar and makes 2 dollars then it is 2R. If he risks 1 dollar and makes 5 dollars then it is 5R.

Hi James, Ive noticed you dont trade with pre-market opening charts (extended trading hour charts)? does it matter for you to see that data?
Correct I don’t use premarket data on my charts. Not that they’re useless, I just never did. Only time I use them is in the rare occasion I trade after hours or before.
Huh, interesting... yeah ive only found them somewhat useful for a specific GAP trade... but i now see your point of them not being necessary for someones trading style @@jamesrichyoung

Whats your average monthly ROI in % terms?
I don’t trade off a % of my account, I use a set risk amount of $500 every time so can’t really say. Because that would mean this week I made over a 2000% gain.
