  • *Competitive Kendo athletes give huge importance to muscle training and stretching, and usually need to deal with pain and injuries, like any other high-performance athlete from other sports, with the help of therapists, personal trainers and sport-science professionals.
    Yes, Kendo is not just a sport, but let's not forget the importance of maintaining a good health and strong body!
    Please don't copy these kind of Suburi if your body is not prepared, otherwise you will most likely get injured (particularly wrists, elbows and the back).
