Thanks for watching!
You are a good teacher and he is going to be a great bricklayer in the future. I have seen many bricklayer videos and they don't treat the Apprentice with respect and they are not patient with them all it is all about making numbers and at the end of the day, the Apprentice learns nothing. Thank you for taking the time to teach that young man.
Never seen such smooth caulking!
Absolutely, no need to say much more....
Aquarium builder
What a great relationship you have with your Dad lovely to see
I'm most impressed with the caulking technique - wow!
Yeah, that was on point
That’s silicone 😂
Gotta love a guy who's good with his caulk
Easy enough between two plastic trims lets see the plastic to brick techniques next time Stu!! 😂
Top work Stu, that silicone technique is unreal I can’t stand that job!
Me neither mate, it gets everywhere where
Woow, the King of Caulking ! Very impressive. I don't think I've seen anything like that👍
It's great to see the Dibnah blinders are back. You've done a wonderful job there gents. I genuinely look forward to watching your videos. All 3 of you are superb tradesmen.
Your job looks so much fun 🤩
Where you replaced the bricks at the top was so perfectly matched. I 💖💗 your attention to detail.
As a fitters mate I always enjoy the window vids. Forever informative and interesting, plus there's not that many construction/bricky/fitters channels out there that seem this un-pretentious and show the gritty bits of the job too! Top job guys
Got the whole crew together again. Have missed you. You’re always the first one I look for. Nice job. Good vid
Was on facebook when the notification poped up I Immediately click on it now enjoying the work.🔥🔥
Just a joy watching the 3 amigos great vibe, great work
Great video Stu. Love the respect you give to KC and the apprentice. Good job👍
How do I ever get an apprenticeship it’s impossible at the moment, no one wants to give you the time to learn I wish more people were like you stu
Nice one,
Would've been good to see the door frame fixing details
Yes agreed David that caulking gun action the best I've seen

Great work guys. Crazy to me how much more well built homes are there than here in the US

Hello from Russia, I've been watching your channel for half a year, I still can't understand why you have such thin walls? you're not cold))
Thank you
is there any way someone like me can come and learn from you
We only use veka halo good choice lads
way to go lads.
Nice job 👍
Nice. Can we get a “caulking tips” video?
Beautiful
Watch a few of your videos now big thumbs up. Going to attempt to put some new French doors in and a window how far back from the face of the brick should the frame fit .
Nicely done Stu Crew! 👍
Lovely.
Great job! I am considering doing something similar.. i am worried though there may be wires or pipes behind the wall.. can a builder know this for sure before cutting the wall??
Great video! Have you ever converted a window to French doors on a higher building where you can't use scaffoldings and have to mainly work from the inside of the house?
Great vid really enjoyed this one. Have a similar job at home I’m considering but was unsure about how to do the propping but those strong boys you used make sense- top work👍👏
Welcome back Stu'
Cheers for the upload ,
Jobs a gud un .
Looks fun
Great job great to watch true tradesmen
Fantastic job start to finish 👍👌
Dream team. Top job lads!
Superb job as always fella's 👍👍
Nice job
Another class job lads.
U got any golfing videos planned stu, enjoyed watching them mate
Hopefully Zac but they will be on my golf channel
If so
NICE!!!
My man, the legend.
Clean work! and with some luck the opening was cut too narrow and not too wide, would have been a lot more work to correct that.
What do they say, measure twice and cut once?
Que tremenda perfeição! Um ótimo trabalho... parabéns
Nice job lads ,Is it a Taylor Wimpey Home Stu!
Did I see a new lintel installed on this project or can you use existing one on old window
You british guys always glue the drywall straight to Stone walls or block work. Wouldn't that suck moisture in? Compared to framing in out on the inside? I know you lose space but I've always wondered about the moisture levels, esp in old home renos
Perfection at its best, weldone to all
Loving those close ups 👌🏼🔥
Mate ur videos are awesome, really learn a lot, thanks man.
Fabulous job mate impressive
9:50 хорошее приспособление для работы! чисто работаете/ приятно смотреть
KC is the man!
Amazing work mate 🙂👍✌
Don't think I've ever clicked on a vid so fast 🤣
Those props are perfect place to sit a brew 👍🏻
Little tip for u stu nail a 2x1 tile latt on with masonry nails for your first cut on the brickwork then remove it n finish your cut to the full depth of blade and it will give u a perfect 90 degree cut from the face of the bricks shhh don’t tell anyone
Brilliant job 👍
Impressed with the silicone seal well done boys great job
Nice job guys 👏👏👏👏👍🇬🇧
Nice video. Would be very interesting to see more details of your work. It feels like you're skipping the best constructions parts. Previous videos you give more explanations and it was super nice!
its very hard to film everything all the tie when people are passing me materials, we have no dedicated camera man so we just do our best.
@@Stucrompton1 I fully understand, thanks for the reply. You can also use a tripod to hold your camera. Your hands will be free and the video steady. Keep the good work, we love it!
Do you just infill the threshold cavity with cement?
Solid effort mate!
Trying to get a builder to do this to our house in Norfolk but your guys are like rocking horse dung in the UK right now. Already got the door. Old window is wider than the door by over a meter so no new lintel needed but there is some bricking up to do.
you may struggle because builders cant guarantee their work when customer is buying doors and material also there are many different door systems so builders may not be familiar with it.
@@Stucrompton1 There have been no complaints about the door, its just getting people willing to do smaller jobs. They are so busy they can just pick and choose what jobs to take. I'm asking for a concrete pad for a large storage shed too. Hopefully the nice couple that visited this morning will take us on.
Nice one lads lovely job 👌👍👍👍
cheers mark mate
@@Stucrompton1 👍👍💪
Barratt homes got to be
Each to their own but I never find silicone to be done under pressure by nozzle only, it’s like pouring concrete without tamping. You see sealants peel off things in winter weather. Finger technique no good either, messy uneven. Those little rubber bead tools do a lovely job and it compresses it in. Doesn’t budge.
Still, you need a steady hand and do it straight off like in the video. Nice one , and yes most likely it’ll never move once set ✌🏻
Nice job guys!
