How do i remove and replace a broken stem?

And how do I go about diy fixing the hole that's broken? I'm using my handy plastic solder and putting a little strip of zip tie plastic over that ripped broken top part of the hol..just curious if anyone else has an easier idea. Granted I've already taken every single one of em down

Thank you for the video, it helped me, but please we dont need to hear you talking for 30 seconds just get straight to it, this video could have been 10 seconds long and just as effective
