    Dan Neely's band and vocalists are certainly about the best around these days for performing the wonderful songs of the late-1920s and early-'30s. I'm glad they're available on youtube.

    Fab-you-lus!...a perfect tribute to Paul Whiteman, none could do better. This tune is incredibly infectious; who can keep still when this Orchestra and those ace tap dancers get swingin'!!

    I played Bass (tuba) a few times with RSJO a few times back in the 1980s, filling in for their regular player - very exciting and more than a bit tricky!

      Tap Dance is like Jazz - it can be improvised or spontaneous, interpretive - it does not have to exactly copy somebody else.
