LMAO yeah when i heard her say "He was beating me up in 2012, he just took a break in between" I knew the cross would be extraordinary. Heard's lawyers said that Johny didn't take responsibility for anything but he took more on him and even said that both of them were toxic but he was the only one who was consistent and when you look at all the evidences, it's his story that stick more to them.

What annoys me the most, is how she looks at the jurors when she answers a question. She’s that kid that can say anything to not get into trouble even when the truth is right there in black and white! She lies so much you can see how natural it is to her.

Exactly! We’ve all heard countless hours of arguments on the audios where Amber at most points is literally arguing about completely nonsensical things, just for the sake of arguing it seems. So if she had something ANYTHING to counter with at any point when Johnny mentions her hitting/injuring him she would have spoken on it! Yet she never does! She just commences her usual onslaught of gaslighting, confusion, deflection etc. to downplay her actions or makes excuses for how she was pushed to that point.
In Australia she takes pictures of mirrors but not of her sliced up feet, bruises and cuts on her arms? What a liar!

It's consistent with experiencing traumatic events. It's called dissociation and is a defense, a survival technique our brains and bodies use when faced with overwhelming stress and fear.

She was never subjected to ANY event that caused her to disassociate other than possibly when SHE, as a grown woman, chose to mix illicit drugs & insane amounts of alcohol with her prescribed medication she was supposed to be taking to manage her personality disorders.

We all felt sorry for her by the end, thinking that she was "stuck" with AH, but by the morning after the jury verdict, we saw she was truly a vile attorney, still being AH's biggest supporter & continuing her lies, continuing the abuse to not only JD, but all the survivors/surviving DV & SA.

According to Elaine Bredehoft’s TV interviews after the trial, there are recordings that didn’t make it into the trial that show AH was the victim.

You would be shredded to peices and while you often do not feel glass because it cuts so clean you would be bleeding horrifically after..and theres no blood apart from what might be his finger drips...you would be gushing blood if somone used a broken bottle inside your body ..it was all told different ways each time she said it so I never fully got what she said happened. But also if somone had a hand around your throat you have two arms free if he's holding a bottle. What woman would not at least try to stop that happening with their hands or close your legs and how could he prise her legs apart and take her two hands away and hold her throat and hold a bottle? Has he got 9 arms? And one of his fingers is gone?? Makes zero sense.

Camille did an awesome job of calling Amber out on her lies without sounding like she was attacking her. Amber couldn’t let go of her lies at all. Even with physical evidence right in front of everyone’s faces.
As a victim of historical abuse- I am now 63 years old. If one is abused with a bottle it is absolutely absurd that Heard could identify which bottle was allegedly used to violate Ms Heard. Also I’d like to say, an unbroken bottle would need immediate medical attention let alone a broken bottle. Amber Heard, all I can say is you have no shame. You are decimating + disrespecting any understanding for those whom sufferer at the hands of others intent on cruelty; most heinous . Shame on you Ms Heard.

I was on the stand as a victim and my lawyer told me to answer to the jury but once I was up there I didn’t do that. I think it’s weird too. Imagine being on the jury and she’s looking straight at you.

JD attorney is slowly chipping away at her story and credibility, AH is only making it worse by arguing at every point. Maybe her attorneys did try to prepare her, but there is always that one client who thinks they know more then their legal team. Also, her acting job on the stand when she was describing the abuse. It was not believable on so many levels. When your being Assaulted, you remember the details, every painful one, weather you want to or not

I agree, not saying witnesses aren't allowed to look at the jury but with her it was happening so often that it started to feel annoying. It's just like when Spiegal during cross turned away from the lawyer who asked him a question to answer it directly to the Jury, it felt rude to me just watching through a screen, I don't know how the jury felt watching it there in person.

I believe that AH's legal team was so distracted by the amazing job Camille Vasquez was doing that they forgot about amber. I think that at times they turned into spectators waiting for what was coming next.
It was beautiful to watch.

I am a survivor of domestic abuse. After having my face punched numerous times...the LAST thing I could (or wanted) to do was put on MAKE UP!...My face was so sore and tender I was barely able to touch it lightly with the tip of my finger!! This "woman" insults EVERY man and woman who has truly been abused. SHAME on her.
As a fellow survivor, I couldn't agree more. Not to mention trying to convince us she iced her " broken" nose so it was no longer swollen less than 24 hours after the alleged incident. She's pathetic and disgusting and I am so grateful that Mr. Depp was vindicated. Long live the truth.
Same, Icouldnt see for nearly 3 weeks and the bruising, swelling & broken teeth was there for much longer. Three punches!

As a lawyer, I would like to address some of the issue, I hear from the reporters:
A. Camile speaking over the defendant: In the situation, we are all viewing, Amber in her approach of answering questions is evasive and at cross examination, to really poke holes, you need the party to answer directly to the questions being asked as it is asked. Amber has continually added information that has not been asked and it is infuriating as counsel to have to consistently insist that YOUR questions are answered much less have to keep repeating the same question just to get a coherent answer admitted into record. At some point of cross examination, even when Amber wasn't asked a question yet but just to look a exhibit, she began speaking.
If all her ramblings both coherent and otherwise are admitted into court records, it won't really be of benefit to the jury as well because they would need:
1. A longer time to run and examine through it all.
2. Gaps that are left unanswered would exist.
3. A fair decision won't be met.
4. Amber had already been given her own time to give her testimony and even if she wish to have injected new information for clarification, it's most likely at re-direct and not at cross-examination.
B. Amber's counsel jumping to object:
As much as it seems like they left their clients out to dry, having multiple objections that are not sustained won't help Amber's case either because:
1. Camille has been smart enough to ask questions around her exhibits, her own words, recordings of her own voice which she has previously admitted to either in this trial or the UK trail, her own text messages.
So at this point, it cannot be denied.
2. It makes them look more incompetent because even from what we have seen at re-direct, that was sad.

I mean if she really would have been battered by him she would have had medical reports, photos of horrible bruises. This is a woman who was photographed constantly and she was always dressed with her neck, shoulders, arms exposed.NOT a mark, not a bruise.
It is so clear that she is the abuser and Johnny struggles with addiction. The whole thing is toxic. I don't believe anything Amber says and I feel really bad for Johnny.

I'm just now watching. I'm trying to figure out how she had an art room for painting setup. Her studio. . When she said the fight started as soon as she arrived in Australia and went on and on and on until she hopped a plane out of there days later.
I mean according to her she never cooked the food, steak, mash potatoes and spinach she mentioned when she first arrived. They were going to have dinner the night she arrived and that's the only mention of food besides ot ending up on the walls etc.

Notice how she doesn't agree that the allegations are very serious but instead makes it entirely about her "it was horrible what happened to ME yes". Not "I understand these allegations are serious but this the truth" no she immediately put herself at the forefront. A true narcissist.
Amber reminds me of my sister. It's not that she won't take responsibility for anything; it's that she can't. Her brain doesn't work that way. She genuinely believes she's been victimized and that's why she has problems, even though she also knows she has to be deceptive about certain things - because everybody's against her. It's an unfair system so she's justified in cheating it. That's how she's never wrong - in fact, she's strong and noble in the face of all these people trying to keep her down. Law & Order has the full unedited version of every trial day posted. Its seems like CourtTV bleeped out parts that included profanity. But there are some audios that cut out due to the Judge’s ruling on what parts could be played. For example the trial transcript shows us that for the playing of the Danish tv program when Amber claimed “$7 million dollars in total was donated” to the ACLU & CHLA Judge Penny only allowed part of the host’s question to Amber to be played & then her response to that question in full so the jury could understand the exchange & what Amber was responding to. This was a pretty generous ruling by Judge Penny bc typically any hearsay whatsoever would invalidate any evidence & for the most part the Judge in this case followed that rule to a T with few exceptions. So that audio was cut for a reason. Hope this helps!

There is a reason narcissists chase their victims from room to room. They do not want them to have a moment alone to possibly come to their senses. Here’s what happened. What we see here is a woman, Amber, who felt like she had everything! She had movie parts, contracts, coming in, invited on TV talk shows, and had Johnny Depp, a megastar, as her husband. She felt empowered, and also in control of this “megastar“. She felt invincible, and on top of the world! Now you have to mix that in with a woman who already had passed, narcissistic, and abusive tendencies that were hidden in her childhood. The truth will always come out, but in subtle cues. Those cues sometimes cannot be determined or recognized. She’s also a super exaggerator! Let’s say something happened, and she will add her own version of the story, but light it up with additional information to make that story more interesting! For example, Johnny probably threw a bottle across the room, nowhere near her out of anger instead of attacking her! She will then take that same storyline, and say that Johnny slapped her, throw her across the room, then smashed a bottle right near her. Now, she will get friends around her, and start poking him! He will then get mad, and probably yell scream, or even break something in front of the friends the same thing he did when they weren’t around, and they will assume that he can be violent! Basically writing a different picture of how he actually is. She places false narratives around people and try to get them to do what she wants them to do! For example, she can say that you’re violent and wacky, and then purposely piss you off to the point where you want to punch a hole in the wall. Right when she gets you to that point, she starts inviting people over . The victim in this particular scenario would be Johnny Depp feeling like he’s in the twilight zone. Who is stuck between “why is this woman constantly getting me angry?“ And why is everything so difficult? It was almost as if she was taunting him in order for him to actually lash out at her . Unfortunately, she did not get her wish.
