In the beginning he says that she was banging on the bathroom door, her trying to get him to answer, then how he accidently scraped her toes, then she admits to kicking in the door on his head and punching him in the jaw. then suddenly she turns it around and says she was trying to keep him from getting into the room she was in. Wow. She has no problem lying through her teeth.
He said on audio she was knocking on the door trying to get in yet on the stand she says she was trying to keep him out. She is the abuser who hit him when she lost it. She twists everything. Evil. Luckily there are audios so people can hear the truth.

It's because they aren't hardcore trial lawyers like Depps team is. Her team mostly settles outside of court, spend a lot more time doing depositions where the rules of what can be objected are different. They just aren't as sharp. Plus they really have nothing to go on, everything is so overwhelmingly against Amber. A few objections isn't gonna change much.

FROM INSIDE THE COURTROOM: 4 jurors (4,5,8,9) visibly tuned out on Amber. One was very skeptical when Amber said, he tried to kill me but he was my husband. More importantly, Amber and her lawyer Elaine do not like each other and almost came to blows. Elaine overheard saying, "If you don't like it...represent yourself"

Shes been through "terrible stuff" trauma she says, but can calmly enjoy her snack 30:28 . This is how its easy to tell she been lying. Ppl with trauma.. its easy in one way to tell they have it, they have different behavior, they are uneasy, uncomfortable. When Amber are talking with the police there shes talking like its a walk in the park-story. No feelings, no pain what to ever in her tone or voice. Dunno if some ppl with understand what i mean by this but pretty sure alot ppl will understand what i mean by this aswell.
Behavior, feelings, voice,eyes, the way you talk and behaves around ppl, everything about been a human will tell more words then a person who PRETEND to have a trauma. FOR ME personally, i think its extremly easy to tell Amber was lying to begin with. Every behavior she had was not a person with trauma or been through terrible things. She was acting through it all, very bad at that.
Been working with ppl with trauma for over 20 years. I read em like books. Amazing that she got roles as a actor, cus shes terrible at it.
The recording they are showing is a deposition. They only time they talked to police was when she had them come out twice with that spilled wine 🍷 incident

This lawyer on court tv says JD lawyers are only talking about a few incidents where AH contradicts a few statements. What a Joke regarding this Lawyer. First day Camille showed pictures of several incidents when claiming she was hit. Pictures showed no bruises. What dumb comments from ctv lawyer . Obviously he never watched her 1st day of cross examination. How misleading to the viewers. Ridiculous!
It's very disturbing to see such a smart young woman in this situation. I want to support her, but she is so obviously lying. She's not doing anything to help out on the DV subject, she's making all the real beaten down women's life harder.

Why did judge tillcot not comment. On AH storming out of the court room when the judge told her to sit at the table with her lawyer, yet the Court TV judge showed distaste at Camille congratulating Johnny?? Will someone from Court TV talk about this.
And Amber is bisexual but they didn't say they felt it was inappropriate for her to hug her female lawyer, which she has done numerous times. Yet Camille gives the head lawyer and Johnny a hug, and all of a sudden it's inappropriate? Biased much.
Okay obviously Johnny Depp hates that abusive witch. Being an abused Survivor, I to hated my abuser! I even wished death on him many times! And rebelled and fought him back. This went on for years. It stands to reason that the abuser can go through self-abuse, because they are so obsessed with the victim that their drug use can become worse they're alcohol abuse can become worse, they don't eat right and they lose weight, they cut themselves and even hit and scratch themselves to put the blame on the victim. ! She is so lucky, that Amber, that Johnny Depp didn't beat the s*** out of her or worse even kill her. Unfortunately abuse takes many different shapes. Sometimes the victim becomes the drug user, alcohol abuser/selfabuser.

This was the first time I heard about this case / trial: somebody commented on how ridiculous it felt Amber Heard eating during a deposition. At first, I thought it was a joke. I didn't know the person who wrote the comment, so I thought it must have been some type of joke, and I wanted to be into the joke. So I made a search, and lo and behold! there it was. Apparently Amber Heard didn't have time to have her breakfast at home so she had to eat during the deposition. It was such a foolish attempt at getting more time to think! Ironically, that moment, uploaded into RUclips, was the beginning of my passion for trials. Go figure. And I can't be the only one: the numbers of true crime viewers of Law & Crime and Court TV channels have increased since that time.

Perhaps, Heard's attorneys are talking over her to quieten her due to her responses -like "don't go there."
It's nice to see Court TV and this judge moving towards having some semblance of impartiality. Previous days', they've been disgustingly on Amber's side. She's lost credibility, and this judge siding with her has also demonstrated her lack of professional integrity.
I couldn't stand many things with the judge.
Letting Amber ramble on with a Yes or no questions and the judge only a few times telling Amber just answer the question.

I think when they 'approach' we are'nt allowed to hear that at all,so audio is muted to the televised audience.

ironically amber is, she recorded and photographed most of their relationship thinking she could catch instances of him abusing her to fit her narrative and defame him, you can tell shes never experienced abuse because she thinks all these recordings can count as evidence of abuse if she slaps her own narrative on it.

Hello, if you're asking about pauses in the video depositions, it was explained they have breaks in the video where bits of it were objected to and deleted - so the video tends to jump around and viewers have to wait until it starts up again. If you're asking something else, IDK!

How have you missed that attorneys talked over witness' statements after an objection or when the witness rambled on, called non- responsive. She had no right to be speaking after an objection nor to talk without answering the question. There are rules and Heard' team would have lost their objections and their precious time.

What makes you think only one juror need to believe her in order for her to win? It's usually 3/4 of the jury would have to agree on a verdict.
