The same strategy applied in Camille's cross of Amber. Camille did not speak her conclusion, after each lie she was exposing. She let Amber refuse to answer the questions , make her faces, lie about testimony and tell on herself. Then she let it sit with the jury.

We all rejoiced when Amber admitted she'd written the op-ed about Johnny!
We'd seen Amber mouthing off about Kate Moss and THAT bit her in the ass hard. (Amber was so jealous of Kate she nearly chewed her own tongue off).
It took great patience to trust that plan.
There was one team talking down to the jury like they were stupid and one team respecting and placing trust in the intelligence of the jury.

Dr Shannon Curry really nails how Amber is. We got to see Amber exhibit all the traits Dr Curry describes.
Abandonment terror & her Dad being a psychopath giving her genetic, childhood abuse (environmental), & neural (damage from childhood & probably drugs), made me think she was a Narcissistic Borderline. Which is a Cluster B personality disorder, as is psychopathy. Her Dad was imprisoned for killing domesticated animals, which is a pretty strong indicator of psychopathy. I love Dr. Curry, I know Elaine is totally intimidated by her, she keeps saying Bi-Polar, which is a totally different disorder, & she's using the stats on it, lol. Dr. Curry corrected her at least once. It doesn't hurt that she's beautiful either!! I'm a therapist & picked up on her behavior in the TMZ vid in 2016, then Borderline with the audio's. Much Love

I'm grateful Amber ended up with the type of people that let her fail in the spectacular manner she chose. She got the representation she deserved. Elaine and the rest of Amber's team were hired on the basis of liar for hire. Even her "experts" told lie after lie, misrepresenting their findings!
Everyone was relentlessly corrupt and sneaky. Elaine's job was to be snarky, mouthy and cruel (like the bully Amber wanted be up there ). Elaine constantly tried to get away with stuff that the judge had very pointedly warned her not to do. (Read the sidebar transcripts that are available now. Emily D. Baker covers those.) Elaine was a nightmare and Judge A. the Queen of Patience).
When Elaine speaks, she's Amber's sock puppet. The malevolent, cruel client was calling every shot the whole time.
It's not Dr. Curry's task to determine if abuse occurred. It's her job to diagnose personality disorders or mental illness. A patient can tell a therapist anything they want, doesn't make it true.
Heards team relied heavily on egotistical manipulation. The accusatory tone really makes them look unprofessional. Compare this to Depp's team, who gently point out inconsistencies or flaws in witness testimony as if they were mistakes. The contrast in demeanor really is stark.
Trying to impeach Dr curry was a mistake elaine fails spectacularly
This was so heard to watch. AH’s lawyers looked very incompetent.

Elaine thinks she’s nailed this…Dr Curry knows her work. Elaine has an accusatory tone and attitude ! Elaine changes her question when Dr Curry answers well. E trips up often and she’s constantly trying to go down a certain line.
It feels like Amber’s attorney’s weren’t ready at all. Elaine comes off as a complete combative asshole who isn’t getting the answers she wants.

Her symptoms are consistent, so if JD said she was Borderline he was correct. A MAJOR sign of Borderline is TERROR OF ABANDONMENT, not fear, terror, as in someone going in the next room can be experienced as full on abandonment, so I highly suspected she was a Narcissistic Borderline. "Don't leave me, I hate you! I'll kill myself! I love you, please don't leave" This was the insanity on the Australian audio from Amber. Never mind she just cut his finger off & he was in desperate need of medical attention, it's all about HER (no empathy, Cluster B disorders). And a cigarette out on his face.
Elaine doesn't know the difference between Bi-Polar & Borderline personality disorder, & they are VERY different things, she is quoting stats for Bi-Polar & even says Bi-Polar. I did hear Elaine say bipolar at one point and remember being confused. I also heard Elaine say borderland personality disorder instead of borderline personality disorder. I went back to make sure I'd heard that correctly.
I didn't go back to check the bipolar statement because by that time I was fed up with Elaine's inaccuracies, beginning with amicabcteam instead of arnica cream. I found her to be at best extremely careless, at worst, dimwitted.
I wasn't aware of her father's imprisonment for killing domestic animals. Horrifying.
