The fact you can update this same board all the way to a 5800X3D made AM4 such an incredibly strong platform. Not only still relevant but still competitive in late 2022.
@@zerojustzero4149 same deal with me. i got a ryzen 7 5700x, 3060ti, 32gb ram and i still get great performance on 1440p. I see no reason to upgrade unless games get way more demanding or 4k becomes more affordable.
Nice video once again. Love to see low-end stuff in the spotlight, and having a comparison to a more modern machine makes it all the better. This system would be killer as a backup machine and would dominate with older titles.

I often build with the R3 1200 and its performance is slow, however most people who are not fond of hardware prefer the cheapest possible no matter how slow it is

my old mobo just give up and found for second hand R5 1400 8 gig ram mobo ax370 gaming k5 only for 140$ and i am happy :)

I have the 5800x3d and 3060 12gb on a b550 from msi. Does decently well at 1440p.

Its better than this computer Im on right now. A320 with a 5600 (was a 2400G) and a GTX1030. 1660 super in the mail. Got a fancy new SSD too.
