You are correct. There are 3 versions: PS2 game version, OST (this one) and zodiac age. The ps2 versions got removed due to copyright on here for some reason though.
I was looking forward to hearing this for 5 hours straight last year when I finally got my hands on TZA and made my way to Yiazmat.. Yagyu Dark Blade Vaan was like: "Best I can do is 'bout fifteen minutes" :(

8 and 12 had the best boss battle theme! That calm build up to the crescendo is like building up your limit break and GOING OFF!!
Starting off as the boss theme in The Ridorana Lighthouse makes this fantastic

The original XII on PS2 was a time sink. I still liked it. But the new remake made a LOT of quality of life improvements. Makes the game way better.
