This was EXTREMELY helpful!! I have VERY LOW porosity hair, so I’ve been warming up my DIY liquid leave-in conditioner before application, but because of the ph balance of it, I felt that it wasn’t really going into my hair. So thank you for confirming that I need to use warm water first to open up the cuticle, and THEN go in with my leave in conditioner. Can’t wait to try this. ☺️🙃 Thank you.
I need to test my hair now. I LOVE leave in conditioner. I’m very thankful to be getting two of the leave in conditioner’s shown in this video from my Ipsy and Boxycharm. The last one, I already have. I feel more educated now!! This was the best Ipsy video that I’ve ever seen. Very informative and helpful.
Honestly this helped a lot, I have high porosity & which makes so much sense why my hair is dull, not shiny... I just bought “Luseta, Rose Oil, Leave in conditioner” cause my hair is damage from hair dye... so I need get my hair back to it’s health 😭 so this help ALOT!
for porosity test if you use conditioner normally when showering should you skip for the test or does it not matter? oh and how long should hair in cup sit before checking for result?
Hi my hair is just looks like the second woman, my hair looks dry, unhealthy (like 3rd person), but if I apply leave in conditioner (it’s been a long long time), I felt my hair very heavy & greasy… pls advise the right leave in conditioner pls!
nOOO. cantu recently added rubbing alcohol to all of their products so it's so freaking drying to your hair. they've also made the amounts smaller and pricier. trust me, search it up on yt and all you'll get are negative reviews. I really recommend Camille Rose Curl Love Moisture Milk !! :)
I got a lot out of this vid as I have grown my hair out for the first time ever " . I got the medium sort of hair " 😁. And I will try the oual and let you all know soon ! Anyway big THANK YOU to you for you easy to watch vid . Your a STAR!! . Elliot*
Why do you think knowledge of hair porosity and cuticle layers something only black naturals on youtube discovered and not what professional stylists, who went to beauty school and learned all about the science of hair, already knew??? Lol

This didn't help me because I'm looking for an actual amount when the conditioner isn't a spray. I have no idea how much I should be using.

One of the reasons of high porosity hair can be genetics... right Melissa? 👀👀👀 🤣🤣🤣 🤔🤔🤔 wonder what he’s referring to?
Dude gotta relax LMAO
❤❤
Jesus loves you
This is not the correct way to know the hair porosity. Ask a dermatologist.

This guy is hot!!
Why does people always write 101 whatd oes it mean lol??
Intro. A reference to university classes where 101 is the intro course
Can you at least credit the natural hair channels you used to educate yourself but that’s obviously asking for too much 🙄
