10 MIN Beginners Aerialist ARM Workout//No Equipment | aerial practice

- After following at home exercises for a month, Eunice created an ARM routine for beginners who are not ready for full pushups yet. Her goal with this routine is to achieve the 90 degrees form and increase the repetition. If you are too, follow Eunice to train our arms with these 10 exercises.
Structure: 10 exercises, 30 seconds each, TWICE through

Thank you for this amazing workout!! How many times a week would you suggest such workout? Every day, or 3-4 times a week?
10 mins workout? Depends on your fitness goals and your level now. Generaly 3-4 times a week gives a good balance between working and resting. I would also do different exercises to have a more effective workout! Check out the 10 days workout challenge!
