  • Do this 10 MIN FULL BODY Aerialist Workout routine with Eunice. You don't need any equipment. This workout is perfect for those who are working on a strong core, as well as exercises for the connections between core and limbs. There are 10 exercises, 30 seconds each, 2 variations.

    I love your workouts, as they are short and to the point. The timers are really helpful, and I find I can always fit in ten minutes each day. The V rolls were definitely a new one for me. Thank you!

      That's so great to hear Danica! I am exactly the same. Always super busy but i keep the idea in mind to just put in the work for 10 min and just do it. I just made one even shorter (intense 4 min) hollow body since I have gotten even busier haha! Enjoy and hope you are well!

    I love your videos and choice of music! The V front to side stretch (roll) was rly helpful and the straddle roll overs. I would love to see a video on how to improve straddle stretch flexibility for inner thighs.

      Thats so awesome! I need to do this and really squeeze to work harder hahahaa but I was a bit goofy when we were filming and found it hard to engage when laughing ahahahh Is it easy for you?

    I love this videos but I was wondering if you have any tips on how to keep your back flat to prevent the arch during the exercises, I really struggle with that

      I was just doing it (rested for 2 weeks due to injuries) to get back. It was so hard and I was starting to feel that you do need to have a strong core and back then these exercises help to train them even more. I would do other exercises to work on strengthen core and back first, basic planks and push ups for instance. I also think the most important thing is to think of engaging the core and go straight up during the exercises. Strong mind makes strong body!

    I have an extremely weak core... I think that I need to do this few times a day xD

      If you can follow through this then perhaps your core isnt so weak! I am working on short intense core routine with hollow body exercises. It will be hard but definitely can help to improve quick! What apparatus do you do ?
