At the first sight I was quite sceptical to the position of the tank but the view from the dinner table has convinced me. However, I Love the reef scape as well as the fish stock with just small fish. Looks so natural and authentic.
This tank setup is spectacular, and definitely unique, in the UK 🇬🇧 in a kitchen, this is called an island, the owners must have a very inventive mind, it’s definitely well thought 💭 out on every level, and as you say Cam “it works” without question, I love this tank. The bikes 🏍 not bad either. 👍🏴
I realised why there’s no big fish in there :) those kessil wouldn’t last long from any large fish breaking the water surface , often if a moth etc gets in under the cover they go nuts for them, it could be fixed with some glass shielding I guess. Love the uniqueness:)
So torn but guess like you said would have to see it in person. It is state of the art with all the good stuff and thought out very well. Just the height or lack there of from the screen makes it off a little but I bet as you said in person it is magnificent. Thanks for sharing.
My daughter would love that tank! She is 20 months old and always wants to be lifted up to see my reef tank! She could just walk right up and watch this one!
I think I would swap out the Galvanized frame under the bench top for an aluminum one . Looks like its starting to corrode which could contaminate the water . Or just think of it as dosing trace elements of Zinc.😃
Amazed the kessils dont over hear or induce loads of salt moisture ingress . If mine ever go wrong in a normal set up I'll be amazed after seeing this they must be indestructible!
impressive..nice size to, i noticed a coral beauty ,,did not see much of the animals close up, but be nice not to stand on a step ladder to do maintenance ..nice bike at the end :)
Such a cool tank! I asked the guy to feature his tank on my channel and he asked me to fill his tank with coral in return 😂😂😂 such a well thought put system though
I love it. I would think though that cleaning the substrate would be somewhat tedious, since a gravel vac is difficult that close to the ground. And lol 7:35 what a meme :D
Beautiful tank. I love odd shape or tanks in unusual places. Most look like a nightmare to service. Do you know how long it's been set up? It looks like there is quite a bit of salt creep on the table top frame. Perhaps just a bit of rust too. Is there a plan to address these issues?
Yes we spoke about the slight rust. The frame of the bench is easily replaced (only 4 bolts to the ram) and my suggestion was to replace it with stainless steel when it gets bad enough to be a problem. Cam
Wow Cam amazing tank I am thinking about working in the tank leaning over putting new corals in and the bench comming down and squashing me ha ha but I am sure it must be safe
Neptunes Pott Galleria Aquatica have his own drink 😜 Do you deliver to europe? 😉 If you run out of space you can made a tank this special. But if you have enough space I prefer the conservative tank design.
No Way! I mean if you got shit tons of money to treat a tank like kitchen swag - go for it. But my money, and animals, are cared for by me and there’s no way I’m putting them on the floor! And by the way, that countertop frame is rusting already 🤷🏻♂️ Great video. Well put together.
Yeah, a visible waterline is something I always try to avoid. It’s probably not as noticeable on this tank as your typical (eye-level) tank though. Cam
Definitely the amount of thought that went into this build blew me away. I never really thought about all the complications and challenges that you’d face to have an aquarium under a kitchen bench. Cam
The tank is unique, but its a little low to the ground for us old folks😄 especially for maintenance. But if you can put that kind of tank in a kitchen, have someone else do the maintenance 🙄
At the first sight I was quite sceptical to the position of the tank but the view from the dinner table has convinced me. However, I Love the reef scape as well as the fish stock with just small fish. Looks so natural and authentic.
I feel exactly the same. Cam

Good point about the big fish splashing, I didn’t really think of that. Personally I think more small fish is probably the easiest solution. Cam
Without a doubt. the most unique aspect of this tank is sharing a kitchen with a motorcycle haha
Haha! Two beautiful and very different things in the kitchen😂
Truly an awesome tank well planned and designed. Thanks for showing it look forward to the next one.
Is that a bottle of Gallery Aquatica beer on the work top? 🤣 A very nice aquarium. The bike also looks awesome.
To be fair it’s a Gallery Aquatica stubby holder. We haven’t officially released the actual beer yet.
That's an awesome & unique reef! But dude, let's talk about that bike in the house...!
Nice isn’t it! It’s going to be used in a Bollywood music video soon. Cam
Stunning, great planning and execution to produce a one of a kind reef. Look forward to more unique tanks.
This tank certainly has set a precedent for Unique Tanks...
Love the concept but love the fish selection even more, there's no big fish to make the tank look small.
It’s still a young tank. I can’t wait to see how it develops, and definitely the fish community will be part of that. Cam
Bloody brilliant ep and series guys. You are doing great things for reefing in aus. Keep it up.
Thanks evan!

Amazing tank. Fantastic unique design. Nice, natural looking aquascaping (like a chunk of reef taken from the ocean). Very cool.
I definitely agree the aquascape is a nice natural look. Cam
Oh I love this so much. Well done to those involved.
@Mason Royal Thanks spammers.
This is epic. Please upload more videos frequently. ..
Thanks, we’ll do our best😊
Very cool and well thought out!
My daughter would love that tank! She is 20 months old and always wants to be lifted up to see my reef tank! She could just walk right up and watch this one!
That’s a great point, definitely an attraction for young kids! Cam
Very original reef. Also the wife cant complain the huge reef is taking up space
Lol, I tried to think of a reply to this but I’m just going to leave it😂
Wow!! Absolutely beautiful system, blown away
Thanks for watching James😊
Absolutely amazing design
Definitely a first for GATV. Cam
Wow, just wow lol I love the thought that went into the set up/ details on this system...thanks for sharing cam !
No worries, thanks so much for watching😊

Thank you for the great video!
Thank you for watching! Cam
Very very cool! Video was put together really well too Cam! Good job all around. 👍👍
Sweet tank. Sweet bike.
Yeah, almost like a man-cave in the kitchen😂 Cam
Now that is thinking outside of the box. I love it!!!
Definitely a well-considered unique aquarium. Cam
Such a beautiful, well thought out tank...and white pvc on a blue background..kind of takes away from the astedic. Still, very unique!
Great work Cam and great cam work 😉😁👏 👍
Haha! I had to read this 3 times before it sunk in, very clever😂 Cam

Très original merci pour la vidéo 👍

Yeah, I love that I don’t have to bring in a ladder just to reach the water.
The concept of this tank is super
Awesome tank, well thought out. Another great video Cam
Such a cool tank! I asked the guy to feature his tank on my channel and he asked me to fill his tank with coral in return 😂😂😂 such a well thought put system though
Funny, I did bring down a Goniastrea at the same time as filming😊
Awesome idea mate great first tank of the series
Beautiful Tank curious how was the electrical wiring laid?
Amazing tank, seems like alot of thought went into it.
Heaps of thought. Chris really considered every aspect of this build.
I love it. I would think though that cleaning the substrate would be somewhat tedious, since a gravel vac is difficult that close to the ground. And lol 7:35 what a meme :D
I call it my “God moment”😂
@@GalleryAquaticaTV Moses of the Reefs!
Really cool piece of engineering and perfectly proportioned scape - looks really amazing - bike was pretty cool too!!

It’s slow enough that it would never squash you, but the ram is definitely strong enough.
Awesome. Probably the lowest running marine tank I've seen. 😂😂 extremely well thought out and executed eh??? 👍👍👍👌👌👌
Lowest running as in vertical height? I’d agree😂
@@GalleryAquaticaTV yes. Deffo the height. Lol
could not have a tank that you got to keep bending down to view!
Neptunes Pott
Galleria Aquatica have his own drink 😜

That really looks like the easiest tank to service, I've ever seen.
It totally is. I always whinge when I can’t access a tank, but this one is SO easy! Cam
13:13 motorbike in the kitchen with the reef .
Dream house!
Yep, we made sure to include a nice pic of it at the end too😉
Top vid of top tank with a table top top in a top looking house.
Thanks for another tops comment 😉

Yeah, I think the bench frame will be replaced at some point. Thanks for watching😊 Cam
What a brilliant tank, my only criticism is you can see the water line, what a shame it would have been perfect.
Yeah, a visible waterline is something I always try to avoid. It’s probably not as noticeable on this tank as your typical (eye-level) tank though. Cam
How about that kitchen too! Lol
Yep, I don’t think the tank is the only thing that’s had a lot of thought go into it in this house. Cam
This tank is amazing from all aspects so well thought out 😎👍🏼
Definitely the amount of thought that went into this build blew me away. I never really thought about all the complications and challenges that you’d face to have an aquarium under a kitchen bench. Cam
That! Tank is awesome 👌
Thanks, Chris should be very proud of the tank he’s created. Cam
Wonderful! Is there a build thread on a forum for this tank anywhere?
That's awesome!!
The tank is unique, but its a little low to the ground for us old folks😄 especially for maintenance. But if you can put that kind of tank in a kitchen, have someone else do the maintenance 🙄
Please sub so Cam can finally buy some shoes! J.k . Good show thanks!
For just 20 new subs I can afford a pair thongs😂
What an absolute beauty!!! my dream tank 🤩
That is so awesome!!!!!
That’s exactly what I said when I first walked through the door! Cam
Wow! Bad ass
Bad ass tank and bad ass bike😉
Is that noise the tank or is someone vacuuming?
Is it just me or do a few of those corals look bleached?
Super ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks mate😊
No steel toe boots to be worn in this house lol
Haha, bare foot only😍
That’s nice , about how much does a rig like that cost💶
I’d guess about the same price as the Harley Davison in the corner, but I’ve got no idea what motorbikes are worth. Cam
@@GalleryAquaticaTV 😂😂😂😂😂👍👍👍👍
What are the dimensions of the tank?
4 foot by 4 foot by 2.5 high. Cam
@@GalleryAquaticaTV awesome Cam, thanks for the reply!!!!!
hey come check out my fish tank I spent 1000s on *gathers around, sitting on the wood fllor*
Who cares about the tank, look at that kitchen lol 😆 😋
😍😍😍🤩
Hey Cam the fish guy 😋
