Absolutely Love this foundation AND the concealer. So glad you did a review. The shade match was perfect for me. The second bottle I ordered I needed a deeper shade to match my tan, but the match was quite off. Let me tell you though their customer service was Amazing, so helpful and friendly! I sent an email, went through many questions to find that perfect match and got it. Didn't have to send the wrong match back and the shipping was so quick. Definitely one of my daily go-to's.
I’ve been convinced for a while that a new primer will be launching soon too! Nikki is always so thorough and lists her products but I’ve noticed lately that her primer has been absent from the “what I’m wearing” lists! Can’t wait! 🤞

So I love the Shop Miss A illuminating primer, the Elf acne putty primer paired with the matte putty primer, and the Elf Plus Glow Radiant SPF moisturizer, I sometimes use that one as a primer. I love the Fourth Ray gel rose moisturizer. I am working on an updated skincare video too. Hope these help!
I love love this foundation. I fully expected to return it. But I was like holy crap, awesome match and withstood a full day of work this summer in retail. I was just blown away. I think ppl should try this for real
I bought it when it was all hyped up a couple of years ago. They sent me the wrong shade match so I sent it back and then they sent me a $50 coupon to get a new one. So I got it for free. But I only wore it once because it emphasized my pores and the shade match was still not great.
They also have there own primer. Its so awesome . Feels so silky. Love the foundation. They' have there own concealer its really great for deep. Wrinkles and bags under the eyes. I love it. Used it for about 2 yrs now.

I bought this a while ago. The colour matching quiz worked for me. The colour I bought is good. The pump on the bottle doesn't seem to be working very well now. I've got quite a few foundations so I don't wear this one all the time. I find it okay - I prefer my Pat McGrath foundation. I haven't used it for a while, so I used it today and the coverage is good. I used the Sonia G base brush to apply it. I wish I'd gone over it very lightly with a beauty sponge because after five hours, it is breaking up very slightly around my nose. I think if I'd gone over with the sponge that wouldn't have happened.

What’s the primer you used on the other side of the face? I would say the product is amazing! The first bottle I received was off but when I told customer services they immediately sent a new shade and it was a complete Perfect Match! And it doesn’t settle into the lines throughout the day. I love it!

Hey HunniPi! I tried it!!! The best foundation on my skin, but it never set and transferred like crazy. It was very sad. I'm over 45 and live in a subtropical climate. I tried a little of powder and it was cake city. I really kinda hate foundation too, but wanted to fit in..lol. I'll have to reserve this one for all the State dinners i attend with perfect human beings that require no masks. Yup. Sooo. Ill just stick to my celebration foundation and my laura Geller baked and come what may. You're gorgeous! Thanks for your sage wisdom! Being a spokesperson for lash glue may NOT be a bad gig! Lol.

I need transfer proof foundation as when I get oily or sweaty it melts off my face. So maybe not for me. Thanks for letting me save my money. I'm loving the Nars Soft Matte, Urban Decay Stay Naked, Fenty Matte one is amazingly high coverage and doesn't budge and my Morphe Fluidity or L'Oréal Freshwear and the discontinued 2Faced Peach Perfect. They're my top ones that I love. So I was debating the Ilmakiage and I think the ones I have a better for long wear and not sweating off my face or coming off with oils. Thanks so much.

I am not so sure about my shade match now since you got 120! I got 35 but am definitely on the fair side of light? So, for Estee lauder I wear cool bone (which I have always felt is a smidge light) and I have Fair Light in IT Cosmetics Bye Bye foundation (a good summer shade). So, I am am very much on the fence about that shade match!
I remember bretman rock & princess reviewing this about 2/3yrs ago along with there other products. He highly recommended it. I'm still yet to try after taking the quiz.
You may have mentioned this and I just missed it but, Did you use their color matching quiz or did you pick a color you thought would work? I have a pretty neutral skin tone and find most foundations have too strong of an undertone to really match so I'm always been intrigued by their color matching claims.
I have a neutral skin tone as well and have ordered this foundation multiple times just trying to find my color match and they all pull yellow or orange, IMO. It also oxidized on my skin and was way darker. I’ve had to return it every time. The texture feels nice and looks pretty…just can never find a color match 🤷🏼♀️. After the 4x I decided it wasn’t worth it, ha.
I've never tried this foundation but i took the quiz and it also recommended shade 120 for me, however I am the shade Yukon in Nars foundation and NC13 in MAC

I have this. I have to say that it I was slightly disappointed in it. It's a great shade match, but I struggle with the application. I feel like it dries really quickly, so when I go to blend along my jaw and hairline, it looks messy. Streaky. And I use Nikkia's sponge and I bounce vs. wipe/smear. I don't have this problem with other foundations. And when I watch the ads and all the gloriousness, I think--"What's in my bottle?" I moisturize and I give it a good 30 min to settle and I give my primer a good 10 min to settle at the very least. I've been wanting to try the Charlotte Tilbury, but if it's similar, I may skip it and try the Dior.

During powder touch up it didnt transfer but have you tried blotting towels? If it is not transfer proof Im curious if it comes off during actual blotting.
What shade are you in Charlotte Tilbury light wonder foundation? Im shade 4 in CT (it’s perfect match) and when I did the quiz for Il Makiage - it said that im shade 40.
Loved your review! I got this and the After Party. The Woke Up Like This I would have to agree with you! Would love your thoughts on the other foundation of theirs After Party. It's more matte and full coverage. Its about $40 here in the US. I wasn't too crazy about the Woke Up Like This Foundation. I experienced similar results with the foundation transferring even with a makeup setting spray.
I think that when doing 2 different application techniques and one side with primer vs without, you should instead do the primer on the top or bottom of your face, and then for the brush vs sponge do the side-by-side so we can see how the brush side looks both with and without primer. It makes more sense that way.
I adore this foundation. When you do this test it will only work if you're honest. I wear glasses and if you have pads on your glasses it does wear differently than plastic frames that sit directly on your face.

I did the test but didn’t trust it and don’t have time to fool around so I sent a pic to the business for their opinion. They were spot on recommending a different shade to what the quiz said. I love the colour but the ‘matte’ feels dry to me. Hoping I’ll get used to it because it’s taken me 42 years to get the right shade for me lol

I am not so sure about my shade match now since you got 120! I got 35 but am definitely on the fair side of light? So, for Estee lauder I wear cool bone (which I have always felt is a smidge light) and I have Fair Light in IT Cosmetics Bye Bye foundation (a good summer shade). So, I am am very much on the fence about that shade match!

You may have mentioned this and I just missed it but, Did you use their color matching quiz or did you pick a color you thought would work? I have a pretty neutral skin tone and find most foundations have too strong of an undertone to really match so I'm always been intrigued by their color matching claims.
I have a neutral skin tone as well and have ordered this foundation multiple times just trying to find my color match and they all pull yellow or orange, IMO. It also oxidized on my skin and was way darker. I’ve had to return it every time. The texture feels nice and looks pretty…just can never find a color match 🤷🏼♀️. After the 4x I decided it wasn’t worth it, ha.

Nikkia, how does it compare to EL double wear? It sounds like the double wear.
I've never tried this foundation but i took the quiz and it also recommended shade 120 for me, however I am the shade Yukon in Nars foundation and NC13 in MAC

I have this. I have to say that it I was slightly disappointed in it. It's a great shade match, but I struggle with the application. I feel like it dries really quickly, so when I go to blend along my jaw and hairline, it looks messy. Streaky. And I use Nikkia's sponge and I bounce vs. wipe/smear. I don't have this problem with other foundations. And when I watch the ads and all the gloriousness, I think--"What's in my bottle?" I moisturize and I give it a good 30 min to settle and I give my primer a good 10 min to settle at the very least. I've been wanting to try the Charlotte Tilbury, but if it's similar, I may skip it and try the Dior.

During powder touch up it didnt transfer but have you tried blotting towels? If it is not transfer proof Im curious if it comes off during actual blotting.

They actually matched my skin tone. Porcelain walking dead white..lol matched with Nikkia Joy powder...smooth as silk!
What shade are you in Charlotte Tilbury light wonder foundation? Im shade 4 in CT (it’s perfect match) and when I did the quiz for Il Makiage - it said that im shade 40.
Loved your review! I got this and the After Party. The Woke Up Like This I would have to agree with you! Would love your thoughts on the other foundation of theirs After Party. It's more matte and full coverage. Its about $40 here in the US. I wasn't too crazy about the Woke Up Like This Foundation. I experienced similar results with the foundation transferring even with a makeup setting spray.

I think that when doing 2 different application techniques and one side with primer vs without, you should instead do the primer on the top or bottom of your face, and then for the brush vs sponge do the side-by-side so we can see how the brush side looks both with and without primer. It makes more sense that way.

I adore this foundation. When you do this test it will only work if you're honest. I wear glasses and if you have pads on your glasses it does wear differently than plastic frames that sit directly on your face.
I got this a few years ago it was way to yellow for me I need to try another shade to see if I like it

I did the test but didn’t trust it and don’t have time to fool around so I sent a pic to the business for their opinion. They were spot on recommending a different shade to what the quiz said. I love the colour but the ‘matte’ feels dry to me. Hoping I’ll get used to it because it’s taken me 42 years to get the right shade for me lol
