- This delicious Tuna Salad recipe is out of this world delicious, this is one of my favorite recipes because it’s easy and my Ron loves it. The ingredients I use in this salad make it a winner, because it’s perfectly balanced. I prepare it often because my Ron can enjoy it when I’m out running errands or just because it’s quick and handy to have in the fridge ready to go. I hope you give it a try. ❤️

INGREDIENTS _______________________
2 5oz. Cans Solid white Albacore Tuna in water (drained)
6 oz. Medium shells (cooked as directed on package)
2/3 C. Sliced celery
2/3 C. Shredded carrots
1/3 C. Cooked peas
1/4 C. Finely diced yellow bell pepper
1/3 C. Finely chopped purple onion
1/2 large chopped apple 🍎
DRESSING __________________________
1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt as needed (I added 1/4 tsp)
Pepper as needed
1/4 C. Sweet pickle relish

This is my first time watching this channel… I find Rachel to be a real, genuine person…. I love the way she just puts in her mouth all that delicious food she cooks and really enjoy it! I am an older man and my brother and I share an 11-room house, I'm the cook, and my brother works for a bank, (he works from home from 14:00 until 21:30, and his dinner is from 16:00 to 17:00) so I often cook something that he is able to eat fast and relax after. Growing up Catholic we ate tuna every Friday. I got so sick of it I can't even stand the smell of it anymore. I would actually gag when I had to feed my cats their tuna cat food. I think I will try this recipe with chicken instead of tuna. Glad to see you are settled in and back to making videos. I missed you!
